I’ve tried all kinds of cleaning companies in the Arlington/Alexandria area and this one is by far the best. My apartment looked better after their visit then it did when I initially moved in. They came while I was at work, didn’t mind my dog being in the apartment, used all their own supplies, and emptied all my trashes before they left. When I walked in, my place was spotless from the windows to the microwave to the bathrooms. I will definitely use them again.

SEEKING REFUND THRU LIVING SOCIAL!
Purchased a voucher thru Living Social almost a month ago for 1– hour of cleaning service. I called and left messages three (3) times, as well as emailing them and no one has ever called me back. I get it– you’re probably overwhelmed with the response, HOWEVER, customer service 101– CALL YOU CUSTOMERS BACK.
I will be seeking service with another vendor.

Scheduled a 1-hour cleaning after buying a living social deal. Unlike most cleaning services around here, scheduling was a breeze: the person who answered the phone was super friendly and informed, and also very flexible. They didn’t bother me asking to pay for cleaning supplies (which somehow I’ve had happen) or call me to ask where they should park (not my problem). I came back to my place after work and was thrilled to see it looking spotless. Will use again.
