Exceptionally irritating. None of the luggage has the actual prices on them so you have to ask for each thing you look at.
Mom needed a new carry-on so we stopped in here after a flick at the AFI. We ended up walking out after just a few minutes. Its pointless to shop for luggage if you have to constantly go up to the counter to find out how much each suitcase is. Aggravating your customers is a bad store policy.
