I had to get a dress altered on a tight deadline, and I went here because it was the closest to work. The guy turned me away because he thought that alterations would be «too hard» and he didn’t want to risk getting a bad review from me. I felt that he cared more about the review than he did about me as a customer. I’m not going to beg someone to take my business.
