If you own a Saab or any of the Germans and you live anywhere near Silver Spring, this is the place to bring your car. Rod and crew are genuinely friendly and willing to even show you little things about your car that you never knew about. I own a 12 yr old Saab that I plan on keeping forever and I know these guys will help me with that. My only complaint is that parts prices are kinda expensive but that is the name of the game for every mech.

Rod is extremely professional and honest. I needed a minor repair. Replacing a headlight bulb in my Mercedes. Extremely reasonable price and fixed it on the spot in less than 15 minutes. When I called he gave me an broad estimate with details about what may or may not be needed for the repair. Luckily I was on the low end. I’ve heard about this place from two friends and they both have had major work done to their BMW’s by this shop. Honest, reliable, and convenient! I will most definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Rod and his team at Rossi’s are good at what they do, and in my experience very trustworthy. Yes, it is true that repairs there can be a bit more expensive than some other places. However, Rod always takes the time to explain things very well, often holding on to the damaged or broken parts or taking me to he car to see for myself. When they fix something, it is fixed. None of this bringing it back 2 or 3 times to get it right. Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. If you have a nice car, maybe give them a try.

I needed some quick work on my Saab. I called in crisis, and they saw me right away. While they needed to order parts, as soon as they came in he called and serviced my car. Great service! And very responsive to my needs. Oh, and they didn’t charge for labor because it was a small repair.

Brought my Volvo to them to evaluate the brakes and change my oil. They gave me an estimate of over $ 900 to change my front and rear brake pads and rotors. I nearly died. I bought my car to another shop which I trusted more who told me I only needed to replace my front pads, no need to change my rotors and that repair only totaled $ 170.
These guys nearly cheated me out of $ 700! I had evaluated my brakes and rotors myself so I had a guess as to what needed to be replaced and I knew something was wrong when they told me everything have to be replaced! They also charged me $ 126 for an oil change! Total rip off, will not go back.
