Went near closing and bought two chains at this kiosk, The young lady which help me reassured me if anything happened to the chains that I could bring them back and exchange. Since they were closing she said yes to any of my questions just to make me go away and She did not let me know that there was a seven day exchange policy. I didn’t even have them for a month and it was my first time wearing this particular chain that broke. To get pack and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do
