Rusty was terrific. It was a HUGE convenience that he came to our house to give an estimate and to do the work. He did an excellent job of repairing scraped paint at a very fair price. He offered me both the cheaper «just make it look decent» job or the more expensive (but still not very expensive) «make it perfect» job (with lots of sanding, etc). I chose the latter because it was not my car, and it did look perfect. He came exactly when he said he would (the same day to give the estimate, the next day to do the work), and completed the work right on our street very quickly (in just a couple of hours). He was courteous and helpful. I couldn’t have been happier. What a boon not to have to drive to an auto body shop, leave the car, and come back for it!

I think $ 500 is a lot to fix a 2″ crease (not even a dent) that was caused by my passenger door being caught in the wind and hitting a fire hydrant, plus paint scratches in the front and back bumpers. We had gone over the car and I was expecting Rusty to fix all the tiny scratches from when other car doors hit your car, but no such luck. When I asked him about the side scratches Rusty had such a nasty attitude and refused to honor his word. I was quite disappointed.

Very impressed with the convenience and professionalism of this service. I scraped our new car against a concrete pole in our parking garage this morning (!!!). Ugh. By the end of the day, the most noticeable traces of the damage were gone. Rusty came over the same day and it took him less than an hour to fix. I’m entirely confident Rusty could have fixed the damage to be perfect but really APPRECIATE that he understood our needs and worked with us, i.e. we just wanted to make it less conspicuous and avoid involving insurance. Highly recommend.

Rusty came to my house and fixed significant damage to my vehicle including dents scrapes, and rust. He was professional, honest, and had it completed in two hours. The car looked great and the repairs cost less than a third of what the garages in this area would have charged. Plus, I did not have to drop off my vehicle and pick it up later.
