Staples

I really like Staples. They almost always have just what I need. Their printing center is very helpful for those short, quick jobs. I think they could have more people on the floor to help customers. But other than that, I am a fan. I have been going to Staples for my office supplies for a long time. It is a great place. I will be back.

The staff in the the print department is pretty great! They know that their prices are exorbitant but they wear a smile and make the syphening of your bank account feel a lot better. I worked with Aquella and she made my day even though I just paid $ 100+ for $ 20 quality documents.

My fiancée and I recently came here for a good number of printing needs for our wedding. We came on a very busy sunday, without any prior notice or reservation. Aquella, from the Print /​Copy /​Ship department, provided us with some of the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. She did a fantastic job and we will be recommending Staples to all of our friends for their printing needs.

Great customer service in the «self-​service» print/​fax/​copy area. No matter how many times I come in and no matter how many annoying questions I ask, they are able to help me with my task and do it with a smile.
I appreciate how patient and helpful the staff here are.

I like this Staples because of their huge parking lot. I don’t like the staff who are not very helpful. I wandered around the store looking for door hanger bags for a while and passed a few staff members on the way — clearly looking confused, no one offered help. Of course, I know to ask for help if I need it, it’s just that in most places, they would ask what you’re looking for. The guy I asked had no idea what I was talking about and showed me gift tags. What the heck?!
I’ll just order from Amazon.

I’ve had custom printing orders done there and both times I was disappointed when I was told — «We’re not sure why but this just isn’t copying right. Maybe our machine is messed up.» Ummmm… so that is my problem why?
Most recently I was in this week looking for office supplies (it’s ALMOST time for a fresh, clean slate of organization right?) and while there were MULTIPLE employees scurrying about and chatting, not ONE asked if I needed assistance.
I finally hailed one down off a ladder and asked where I might locate the Martha Stewart products after wandering the store all around the perimeter and up and down the aisles and not finding them. Who knew they aren’t carried in ALL Staples. She blithely told me that they don’t carry that line. PREGNANT PAUSE. I honestly expected she might offer to help me find a nearby Staples that DOES. No such suggestion was forthcoming. I asked and she no kidding said «No idea» and went back up her ladder dismissing me.
$ 75 later I left less than satisfied for the third time at this location.

This is a great place is you really want to waste an hour of your life buying a stapler. The staff is nice, however they are quite incompetent and mainly roam around the store and ignore the mile long check-​out line.
In order to return an item I had to stand in the main check out line for 20 minutes — finally it was my turn and 3 employees were needed to figure out how to process a simple return.
Oy!

The tech guys are really helpful here. I brought in my broken laptop and figured it was cheaper to dump it rather send it to Toshiba to be fixed. The tech guy removed the stuff stored on my laptop, and saved it for me on their computer. I gave them my external hard drive and they transferred everything for me (for a cost).
Best yet, they recycled my old laptop, and also my old printer (for free). They have great sales if you keep your eye out. I just purchased a wireless HP Deskjet e-​all-​in– one for just $ 60.

Staff in this particular store are ALWAYS friendly and helpful! It is a pleasure to visit this store.

The man who helped my wife and I at the Copy & Print center couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful (quite a different experience than at the Glenmont location!) It was a little expensive but they did a pretty good job — I’d definitely come back.

Had a great experience with knowledgeable employees in a very clean store. I’m a sucker for office supplies so I like stores like this one. Most times I visit an employee asks if I need any assistance and are always willing to help. One time when I lost my parking ticket the nice cash register woman gave me w new one to to use. The store is usually very clean and most times the items I need are always in stock.
