Traditional UPS store and the one man operator is always friendly and helpful. Location is tricky and parking is frustrating because you have to deal with the main street of Colesville Road. The UPS is situated in between the Hilton Double Tree Hotel and American Apparel.
My only qualm is the pricing, which I do not find to be accurate/honest. Apparently, they also accept USPS mails, but the few times I attempted to handle my business there the pricing does not match if I were to take the time to walk into a USPS establishment myself. One instance I was quoted to return a foam filter at $ 10 from UPS’ USPS service, but when I walked into a legitimate USPS location, the charge was only $ 2.
UPS pricing is quite high too, so make sure you get free returns for all of your online shopping needs :)

Silver Spring, MD

I showed up to the store at 7:55 AM and it was closed. Looking at the sign which said it opens at 8, I thought, «Ok, I’ll just wait a few minutes». I waited until 8:15 AM and it was STILL closed. I had to run back to my apartment to leave the large package I had to send because I couldn’t bring it with me in the crowded metro. Not good.
