I would not recommend Tivoli Locksmith. I was having trouble using an existing lock which another locksmith said was a door problem in securing the screws on the lock. I had bought anchors on the recommendation of locksmith employed by a hardware store and thought even putty might be used to secure the screws but decided to call in a professional. Tivoli charged 4 times what the first locksmith charged and cemented the screws to the door which I felt was an extreme solution. After he left I had my same problem again of not being able to lock the door. Tivoli came back and did some adjusting but it still wouldn’t lock after a few times. He wouldn’t come a third time unless I paid him more. I got another locksmith and the problem seems to be solved.

We have used Tivoli many times and always have prompt service and the price seems fair. They have helped us with new locks as well as items unique to an old house. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Josephs services for all my commercial businesses for the last 5 years and will not use anyone else. I have given his address to tenants who now use his services. Joseph is a very kind and considerate person and works 24 seven 7 days a week and his prices are competetive and fair.

We’ve had Tivoli out to the house a couple of times now. The locksmith was always prompt and extremely polite. However, projects that seemed(admittedly to an amateur) like they should be relatively simple have an unfortunate tendency to take all day and come in a bit expensive. When settling up, expect to negotiate over price. Rather than getting a set price, you’ll get an inflated estimate of what other locksmiths might charge for a similar service and the bargaining begins from there. Tivoli will certainly do the job, but I’d consider looking elsewhere.
