I’ve gone to this store for years to buy beer or wine and I do so happily because the proprietor is so pleasant and fair. If I don’t have a nickel for a bag he waves his hand — no big deal. He, and his wife, are decent, caring, and they’re my friends. I’ll always be their customer. There’s no better business in the heart of Wheaton, Maryland.
