20/20 Eyecare Centers

We were looking for a new family optometrist and found one quickly.
After asking friends and coworkers, the unanimous conclusion was ²⁰⁄₂₀ Eye Care Center in Silverdale. We called to set up exams for the Family and we’re all able to get in within a month, on a Saturday even.
The Staff were all very courteous and treated us as if we’ve been personal friends. They were very knowledgable and answered any questions.
I recently read that they were voted as a Finalist in the Best of Central Kitsap Readers Choice Awards for Best Vision Center. I have no doubt that our Family will be staying with them for a while.

Great staff they help me out getting the right glasses for my son and they answered all our questions !

We love ²⁰⁄₂₀ Eyecare Center in Silverdale. They always greet us immediately and have a very inviting waiting area. The equipment they use during the exam seems to be the latest and greatest in technology. My tech was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My doctor was patient, answering all my questions and explaining the test results in terms I could understand. We’ll definitely continue going to see them. My only complaint would be that I’ve yet to been seen on time, it’s generally 20 to 30 minutes past my appointment time before I’m actually ushered back to start the exam. Considering it’s generally later in the afternoon, it could be they were just falling behind at that point. Still, not enough to prevent my return.

I called this eye care center because of the Unilocal reviews and also because they cover my new insurance plan whereas my current eye clinic does not accept it at this time. Turns out, this is the clinic that fitted me for contacts 45 years ago when I was a teenager! (Yes, we had contacts in the 70’s.)
Dr. Willem was able to see me within 24 hours of calling. Yay! When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff and was very satisfied with the care I was given. I found Dr. Willem to be very friendly and helpful with my particular vision problem.

I was so impressed with my experience at ²⁰⁄₂₀ Eyecare Center. The staff got me right in for an appointment within minutes of calling the office. Dr. Willems stayed through his lunch break to see me and diagnose a painful irritation in one of my eyes. Koodos for the great service!
