I would refer anyone considering a home purchase or a re-​fi to talk to Shaun. He takes time to explain options & crunch numbers to find the best value for you. I was most impressed when I asked him to look over my current loan. He spent more time than I expected just to show me that I was best off staying where I was (based on the length left in my loan). Too many ‘salesmen’ sacrifice ethics to close a deal… that’s not the case with Shaun.

Its easy to say my mortgage guy is great and got me a great rate after you got what you wanted and everything went smoothly. It’s another thing when things don’t go smoothly and you’re still able to give someone 5 stars.
Well with Shaun I was able to do that. He and his team are great people to work with who actually care about their clients but beyond that, they truly care about finishing what they promise. Anything less than that is a huge disappointment. You think you’re upset when things go wrong, Shaun is driven by a sense of hating to fail. This kind of passion is what you as a home buyer or home owner should always look for in someone who is so important in one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make.
I’ve been lucky, I’ve been able to work with some really good mortgage professionals in my life. So I have a high standard when it comes to what I believe is good and what is really good. The people I work with like Shaun know about rates and know how to explain them. What makes Shaun different though is his ability to keep going, pushing for better, asking why and why not and not stopping until he delivers your dream or your goal. What ever that is, he makes it his. There are not too many professionals out there that understand that, truly; and it shows when working with Shaun.
So look, you can go and use other people to help you buy or refinance. But if you’re like me, and you care about your family and your money. You’ll quickly find that going with Shaun is far and beyond the best decision you will ever make when it comes to your home. I’d do it again a 100 times over.
