Just got here today from San Diego and decided to get Phở and I’m impressed. I came from California filled with Vietnamese restaurants serving Phở and Chung Phở is as good or better. Very happy I came to this place. Excellent customer service too!

When I first came to this place I was very apprehensive I think mostly due to the generic name of the place. But their food is surprisingly good. It’s actually my favourite place for phở in Kitsap, and I KNOW my phở. The broth is very deep and full of flavor and the veggies are fresh and crisp. The noodles are just right with enough chewiness that us Asians just love :-P
Their fried rice and Hong Kong noodle dishes are also very good.
Be sure to try out the chili oil that is made by the owner. It is very tasty.
This place makes living in Kitsap almost bearable.

Poulsbo, WA
One advantage that this location has that the one in Poulsbo does not is the drive through.
One disadvantage is that you cannot order pork spring rolls here like you can in Poulsbo.
Same friendly and efficient service in both locations and yummy, inexpensive food.

I go here a couple of times a month, they have excellent Phở, I always order it and share it with a friend. I also enjoy their teriyaki chicken and vegetables.

Service takes a little time, but you can always tell the regulars cause they turn their cars off in the drive thru. DON’T expect fast service. DO expect good food and GREAT portions!

Eating here for the nth time. Every sunday we find ourselves eating at this place. We always order the Hong Kong Noodles and just switch the meats around every time we come by. Egg roll for the kiddo which we always end up eating as well. Food overall and service is awesome as well.

Had the large bowl of the Phở Dac Biet — aka the Special Vietnamese Beef noodle soup that has everything. And it was great. The broth was flavorful, noodles were cooked perfectly, and the meat that went into it all was plentiful and great.
Met the owner — Chung, and he shared with us that he cooks the broth overnight, like traditional Vietnamese beef noodle soup. Good stuff!

I really loved the food here. Service was fast and it’s a small little hole in the wall but really clean. This was the first place we tried out after moving here and I think about the vermicelli a lot. I just with that had more choices on the menu.

Don’t go there it’s some of the worst teriyaki I’ve ever ate. The bathroom was messy the floors were gross and the food was disgusting.

This is the very first place my husband and i ate at when we moved here and i am glad it was! The portions are big and you can take them home for later. The food is tasty and service is friendly.

Useally a go to place for lunch but this time was terrible. Ordered the chicken teriyaki and rice but when it arrived the cabbage and veggies were bland, yellow, and mushy. The chicken was the absolute worst I’ve ever had, some other times have been bad but not this bad, nothing but gristle and fat. Not even cut all the way through to eat it. Very disappointing. Lost my appetite after the first couple bites

Ordered the small steak phở. Surprisingly not bad and decently portioned. I’d eat it again if I were in the area but probably take it «to go». The chicken teriyaki looked pretty good as well.
Couldn’t help but notice this. The server was really nice but, every excess request that we asked of her went through one ear and out the other. Like it didn’t register. Ours wasn’t the only table that this happened to either.
Lots of seating and un-​bussed tables… Some of the «clean» spots still had crumbs on the tables and chairs.

This was my first time here. We shared an order of Vietnamese egg rolls and Hong Kong egg noodles with beef. It was plenty of food and tasty.
The place was quite clean and the service was fast. The waiter was friendly.
They also have teriyaki dishes and phở, as well as other noodle dishes. Servings are generous.
I will come back here again with my kids.

The price is high, but you do get a lot of food… The only problem is, is that the food is just average. I got the teriyaki meal and the sauce on the chicken had a weird flavor to it that I could quite identify and it was a little too sweet. Overall I paid $ 10.00 and ate ¼ of the food…
I would recommend Joys Teriyaki over Chungs. Better food and better prices

This place has definitely earned its solid Unilocal reviews. We received excellent customer service, and the food was very delicious. The phở tai and small fried rice were both huge helpings, and both delicious. We were amazed at how quickly everything came out, and our waiter was very attentive. Very impressive!
