Forever 21

The customer service here is horrible. The girls are rude and not the least bit helpful. not to mention the manager who looks like Elvira. I asked if i could see a shirt that was on one of the mannequins and she said no because it was just recently put up there. yet they were completely sold out. she said she would call me when it was available an never did. not to mention the store is completely disorganized and chaotic. Go to Southcenter instead. its an hour away from me but its worth the drive based on the horrible experiences ive had at the silverdale location.

I can’t stand this Forever 21. They only have sizes for small petite girls. And it’s such a mess and overstocked, you can barely look through anything. It’s always an unpleasant experience when I go. Not to mention, the ladies who work there are never helpful. I went there looking for jeans once, just regular jeans is what I told her, and the girl kept pointing me to daisy dukes. :/​Even when I repeated to her I needed regular jeans, she kept leading me through the store showing me things I had no interest in and weren’t even related to the regular jeans I was looking for. I avoid this store now, I don’t bother looking there anymore, as convenient as it might be.
I prefer the Forever 21 at the Southcenter Mall. Bigger selection, cleaner, and more helpful employees. And they have sizes for girls that aren’t crack skinny.

Forever 21 isn’t my kind of store, but I always seem to go back to it like a sad puppy. They usually have pretty cute things but I can’t seem to fit into anything. I’m an average sized girl, not super skinny or plus sized either… but everything that I’ve tried on in recent months has been way too large. Even if items are in a small! Not only that, but I’ve tried on things that are really awfully made. However, why should I expect so much of a store that’s famous for it’s sweatshop labor? That being said, sizes or quantity aren’t what makes me cringe about this Forever 21. It’s how unorganized and dirty this place is! The store is usually packed with people (and if not, it’s packed with the many racks of squeezed-​in clothing or accessories) and you can get a little frustrated trying to get around that all. If you’re like me, you’ll get claustrophobic quickly. And with that overly loud music, you’ll have a headache along with it.
I’ve been to a couple other Forever 21s and while they have all been unorganized, our Silverdale one is the worst. As far as the service goes… I’ve had better experience with the staff that’s just wandering around the store. When you want to buy something, that’s when you start having the problems. It’s as if the workers are lazy and don’t even want to act like they care about customer service.

I like some of the clothing, but it’s near impossible to browse through. The racks are always packed, there is little room to maneuver through some parts of the store, and the staff tends to be less than helpful. Once when their credit card machine wasn’t working, they just told me to come back with cash. No, I didn’t get the cash and go back.
