Tried a muffin yesterday and HOLYCOW… they are delicious! Plus they are good for you! Everything at Fuelrz is organic with no butter, dairy, and very little fat. I got the banana walnut muffin. I want to try them all. Also they have a different healthy alternative lunch everyday! I can’t wait to try lunch there either. The staff are super helpful and friendly and he customers all seemed to be regulars. Plus, it is a local business! What more could I ask for!

Great food, good drinks and nice atmosphere. The one thing this place really needs is more customers. Great paleo, gluten free, vegan, and bran options. …actually…forget that the muffins are healthy, they taste great, nice and moist.

Had lunch here with my mom today; what a great place! We called ahead and had a table reserved for us. Lunch was meatloaf and a salad, and some dessert poppers. Healthy, wonderful ingredient! Both ladies(I believe one is the owner) who greeted us were so personable; like we were old friends. The place is small; but had a warm feeling in crazy Silverdale. I would definitely recommend this place for those looking for special and dietary ingredients; or just anyone looking for a healthy alternative to fast food sludge! I can’t wait to try more!

It makes me sad so see a few bad reviews on here. I understand it may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a great place. Sounds like some people are judging a place they normally wouldn’t like anywyas it’s like if you don’t like Mexican food and you write a review on Azteca. I think this place is amazing and they really have a good thing going. The focus on clean eating and heart healthy. If you want all the added fat and sugar of chain places then this isn’t your place to go. Like all small businesses they sometimes hire people who don’t work out or still learning so mistakes can happen. We’re all human. This place is a small business, they do things a certin way and thas what makes them them. What a great place to be I enjoy myself and the food every visit.

I stopped in on a whim while running errands in Silverdale. What an adorable little shop! Very clean and welcoming. I picked up a couple of muffins to go. A gluten free blueberry, a GF chocolate zucchini and their Paleo muffin. All three were wonderful! Great textures and each lightly sweetened. If you would like a nice treat spread on top, I HIGHLY recommend a side of their coconut frosting. It’s beyond delicious. After tasting their muffins I can’t wait to go back and try their other options. They have a menu printed out that shows the meal plan for the entire month of October. Pretty much everything on it sounds delicious, simple, clean and healthy. I am so happy to have found a space in Silverdale that offers such healthy selections. Also, the customer service was SO friendly and inviting! I can tell that they would bend over backwards to keep their customers happy. :) I’ll certainly be back!

Love these muffins! Hard to find good vegan baked goods and, while Fuelrz has non-vegan options as well, their vegan muffins are awesome! The staff is always super-friendly and accommodating also. So glad I found this place.

I’ve tried a lot of different vegan & gluten free baked goods over the years, from Back to Eden in Portland, Flying Apron in Seattle, and Babycakes NYC in LA& Orlando. I tried a pumpkin muffin and a cherry smoothie from here. The muffin was horribly gummy(notorious for gluten free baked goods with lots of bean based flours) and dense with barely any of the normal spice flavors that go with pumpkin. It may have been undercooked, too. Kinda like eating raw pumpkin out of the can. vomit. The smoothie was so bad and thin(basically just cherry flavored almond milk) that I had them make another and said it needed more cherries and maybe soy milk instead and it turned out way better! Fruit smoothies need to actually have some fruit in them! They redeemed the smoothie, but I don’t want to have to ask to re-make it every time… so not going back. Don’t bother

When you enter the space the kitchen is very prominent, which elevated our expectations for theses baked goods. Despite this front facing kitchen, there are no muffins on display and our cashier disappeared to a back room to fetch the order. We ordered one coconut pineapple and one pumpkin muffin. Neither one ended up having the toppings shown in other Unilocal photos and were served straight from a cooler. The result was a cold, slightly damp, ho-hum muffin. Maybe this was a fluke and maybe we will try this place again in the future. But I would gladly take fewer, fresher options, over mystery, backroom, muffins. Side note, I know coffee/espresso isn’t their main focus, but skip the latte. The shots were pulled way to long, and the milk seemed of a low quality, given their focus on healthful, quality ingredients in the muffins.

Love the natural gluten free options! The muffins are delicious and so are the daily lunch specials. I was looking for a health moderately priced place to pick up lunch, and this place hits all the marks!

super cute little shop. I stopped in as I was travelling to Port Angeles on Thursday to grab an iced coffee and try one of the muffins. Sooo delicious. I’ll be back next time I’m passing through.

Stopped in there today for my wife, as we are expecting a daughter in the next two weeks and I wanted to find us a healthier alternative to junk fast food. The people at fuelerz are very welcoming. I ended up ordering a 9 box of muffins. Considering they don’t use any butter, oil, soy or gluten, they were really excellent! We liked the peanut butter and double chocolate chip the best. This place has a good thing going, so you might want to give it a try sooner than later. Will be back!

I work nearby and this is one of our workplace favorites. The banana chocolate chip muffins are SO good. I prefer the gluten free muffins over the bran, but everything is natural and that makes me feel better about splurging on baked goods. :) As far as lunch goes, it is SOREFRESHING that there is a place to go during the week for healthy, filling lunches. The fish tacos are wildly popular but not my favorite. The turkey meatloaf is outstanding… egg salad sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. Love this place!

Yes, another 5 star review for this wonderful but tiny little place! The people are very friendly and my coconut pineapple muffin(dairy free and GF) was excellent! Also had a cappuccino with coconut milk(rare to find) and nice! Coffee is good and they use the best kind of espresso machine — but first a nice grinder, then hand tamped coffee, manually pull the shots(so so so much better than the super-automatic espresso machine!) love this place!!!

Little shop and fairly quick service but they really shine on their menu. Tasty soups, sandwiches, espresso from Coffee Oasis, and natural gluten or dairy free muffins, poppers, and cakes. Everything is so tasty.

Lifesaver!!! My friend made some vegan cupcakes for her daughter’s 1st birthday party the night before and they didn’t turn out. In the morning, I called a bunch of bakeries. None were open, and even if I did get ahold of one of them, the baked goods wouldn’t be vegan. :( So I found Fuelrz on Unilocal and called. Hooray! They open early at 8am! And their muffins are dairy free(which is what the birthday girl couldn’t have). Some were even gluten free. Score! I told the sweet gal on the phone the predicament and she said I could leave now and she’ll have it all ready for me when I get there. When I got there, she showed me the super cute muffins that she frosted with chocolate and chocolate chips and labeled each one(I had 3 each of 4 different flavors). I was lucky enough to try the chocolate peppermint. OMG to-die-for! :D Fuelrz saved the 1st birthday girl’s day and made a bunch of little ones very happy! They also have lunches everyday, so I’ll go back sometime to check it out and update this review. Tip: Like them on Facebook… the post their lunches daily!

Wow GF folks you must hit this place! What a darling little café! We happened on this place after striking out nearby. I needed more food after a disappointing lunch and this hit the spot. It is not very obvious but once you find it the first time you I think you would find your way back in your sleep. I went nuts in here, ordered(to go) the poppers with oatmeal(with peanut butter and choc chips ;-), a black bean brownie and a pineapple coconut muffin — with vegan icing too! Everything was delectable(no I did not eat in one sitting but did eventually taste all somewhat faster than I had intended). The young lady behind the counter today was just a sweetheart answering all our questions and getting us what we needed(owners take note — she’s a keeper). The only thing that would make this place better, and I think eventually sell more product is if they would have a display case for some of the baked goods. It could be as simple as a covered cake plate for starters, then newbies can have a gander at all the yummy options. It may make deciding a bit easier. Next time in Silverdale this place is on top of the list!
