Reliable, knowledgeable, and good customer service. When I had a plumbing leak, I called several local plumbers but was only able to get someone from Herdman out same day. The woman on the phone was great – quick, polite, intelligent, and obviously experienced with this. They assigned the job to a company they use, apparently, called Express Plumbing. The plumber was quick and efficient and the charges seemed to be fair. They also have a «preferred customer» list you can join which lowers your cost a bit, gives you priority for emergencies, and signs you up for annual maintenance check-​ups.

Having used Herdman Plumbing and Express Service Plumbing both, as well as referred to friends and family multiple times, I have always been extremely satisfied. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and they are more professional than other companies in the area we have used. I highly recommend them all the time!
