Awful awful customer service. Getting the employee out of his chair to actually assist us was just terrible. You’d think that they would be interested in selling us a mattress but apparently they’re just doing so much business they don’t really care. Excruciatingly overpriced and just not worth it. At all.

Andy helped us pick out a mattress and was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond and even played with my kiddos while i was testing out mattresses. We left there with a great pillowtop, sheets, boxspring, and protector for a more than reasonable price. Definitely a big thumbs up for them. If i ever need another mattress this is the place I will go.

I bought a mattress and box spring from this company 2 or 3 years ago. Pillow top sealy posturepedic. The mattress is now like laying on cardboard and the box spring is so flimsy that it cracks if you put weight on it. Use me as an example not to buy from here. No quality what so ever. Only 3 years old and I only weigh 190 lbs.
