Her location is somewhat hard to find, you just have to keep going down this one lane road, but there are plenty of signs to guide you. I thought she was a nice lady and she did excellent work. I had her embroider a poem onto a handkerchief for my mom and it turned out perfectly. Just be sure to call before you drive out there to make sure that it is finished.

I just dropped off my order(s) with Coleta. Her location was easy to find with signs on the main road — and also along the paved road to her home. It was a beautiful drive back to her shop(about ¾ mile off the main road). When I arrived — Coleta was there to meet me — and I found her to be very, very sweet — and extremely helpful! She definitely knows what she is doing and has so many machines to do anything imaginable. I highly recommend her for any project big or small! She is very honest — and will tell you up front how long it will take — and how much it will be. I really enjoyed my time there — and look forward to going back! I know without any doubts my business will do a lot of business with her. I can promise my customers something — and know that Coleta will be sure to get the project done on time and for the price quoted. Thank you so much, Coleta!

I dropped off a couple of ballcaps to have names embroidered on the back on a Friday. She said they would be done Monday, so I went back at lunch time on Monday. She seemed flustered that she was too busy and hadn’t gotten to them yet, but she would try to get them done«today.» I waited until Tuesday morning and this time called before driving over there. She sounded flustered again and said she was too busy and hadn’t done them yet, but she would call me when she finished them. She called about 9 a.m. Tuesday and I was able to go pick them up. Lesson learned: Call before driving out there to pick something up. Her shop is way back a the end of a dirt and gravel road behind a bunch of horse farms, but there is a sign on the driveway on Newberry Hill and there are signs along the way pointing for you to keep going back until you get to the very end of the road. It cost $ 9 to have two names embroidered on two hats. Seemed reasonable to me. I’m giving the rating 3-stars because it was A-OK and I have no similar business experience in the area to compare it to.
