Okay, on second thought I decided to give this place another few goes since they happen to be across the street. Bagels are delicious and hey have great deals on them a day old. So far I’ve seen bags of them buy one get one free pretty cheep. The coffee has been decent. If you order a bagel with cream cheese don’t worry about asking for extra it’s delicious and they don’t spread it light. It will be oozing out the sides! Yum

Some of the best bagels I have ever had. Lots of variety as well as cream cheese flavors. Bought some of their day old bagels and they still taste very fresh even after freezing and reheating. Their flavored lattes are also some of the best I have ever had. They are not too sweet but sweet enough! Great combination. They have a wide variety of flavors for coffees and lattes as well. I think I have found my favorite bagel location

Pip’s elevates western Washington’s bagel scene and they deserve more reviews as they make a solid bagel. In fact we almost passed on this place because it had so few reviews, but I’m so glad we didn’t.
Their bagels have more of an east coast, chewy vibe and taste really fresh. We ordered a garlic and cheese bagel, as well as an everything bagel. Both were delicious and served with the right amount of cream cheese. The only thing that would have made this place better, was some salt on the everything bagel. Other then that, it was spot on and I will be back to try one of their bagel sandwiches!
Side note, they have cheap day old bagels and bagel chips!

So we were driving around headed to the falls but I was having a bagel crave! The GPS took us around the world and we had one more go around before I said forget it. Don’t get trapped it’s worth the go-​round! Pip’s is on bucklin hill NW by the high school. Go! Best bagel I’ve had on the west coast! Stop going to Starbucks the coffee is yum here as well! We ordered a breakfast bagel with ham… huge and flavorful! My gf ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel with frosting cream cheese! So good! So much flavor! We also ordered two coffees –go medium or large it’s worth it!- spiced latte and white chocolate mocha, one word delish! The barista was super friendly and welcoming! The establishment was extremely clean and warm. Free Wifi! Good bye Starbucks hello Pip’s!
