If it was possible to give this place minus stars, I would. It’s not that the food was bad or the service — the food was acceptable and about what you expect in a place like this, and our server worked hard to please. It was the fact that I came in and asked for a table for 5, and told them it was a birthday. The person at the desk with the attitude said it would be a 10 – 15 minute wait. OK, fine. However, it was just about an hour wait. And the reason we were given for the wait was that there were no tables available to seat a party of 5. Meanwhile we saw a number of parties of 2 and 3 come in and be seated before us. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we finally were shown to our table, the place was at least half empty! There were several tables in plain sight that would have accommodated our party. In other words they obviously lied to us about why we had to wait so long. If it hadn’t been the Birthday Girl’s wish to eat there I would have walked out immediately because of the attitude I was initially greeted with. Someone should tell the person with the attitude at the front desk that customers aren’t an interruption of the work — but the reason for it.

Disgusting. Everything was drowned in butter and salt. Shrimp Alfredo was soaked in butter. That’s all I could taste. Biscuits were doughy. Husband’s steak was red and the baked potato looked like it was shake-and-baked in salt. Both of us stopped eating because it was so bad. The kid’s popcorn shrimp was the size of tiny salad shrimp. Within a couple hours we were ill with stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Didn’t bother to complain because the kids weren’t enjoying their meals either and we’re getting restless. Also lobster tank was so dirty you could barely see the lobster.

Food was so-so but the service was great. Went there during their busy lunch hour and our food was ready faster than I expected. I got the shrimp tacos which didn’t have much flavor(luckily they had some hot sauce available). My mom really wanted to eat some lobster(which is why we went in the fist place) and the lobster was on the small side… not much larger than a jumbo shrimp in my opinion and her side of mashed potatoes looked like a kid sized serving! I was not impressed with their food at all, but the service was so great that I’ll still give them 4 stars.

It’s either a hit or miss with their food, I’ll either get really tummy shrimp or dry over cooked shrimp. But still will go there, they have wonderful service though. Very fast and nice staff

Im never going here again. The hosts act lost and clueless. They didn’t have silverware at the table. The food was way overpriced and tasted like something heated in a microwave. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. I never got refills on my drink after asking the server«Roxanne» twice. She also forgot one of our orders and then it took 20 minutes before she brought it and it looked like it had been sitting. The server never even tried to make it right and got snooty when I complained. Forget this place. Waste of money.

The service was very slow. When we received are salad we still did not have utensils. Fortunately I seen another worker and was able to get a fork. Other wise we would have waited for 10 minutes minimum before we seen our waitress. Food was good but not worth waiting so long.

We went there last night, and I have to say this was the most disappointing visit I’ve ever had to a restaurant in my life. The waitress was afraid of our happy 1 year old and didn’t hide her fear of children. The appetizer tasted like it had been microwaved — and the flavor wasn’t right either, both entrees were barely edible(lobster bake and lobster/mussels bake) to the point that about 75% of mine was left on the plate. Obvious frozen lobster that was overlooked and tasted very old. Even my son’s mashed potatoes tasted like instant with loads of garlic to cover up that flavor. Bill came to $ 90 plus tip. I would rather had a sandwich for dinner than ever go there again.

Our waitress was so over the top accommodating I absolutely have to review this Place and I give it 5 stars. The food was great too or it would not have gotten the 5 stars. My mom is allergic to everything under the sun… Wine, sulfide a, eggs, dairy, gluten broccoli etc… The place was slow so she had the time to spend and she consulted with the kitchen staff and the manager to ask on so many items for my mom it was unreal. My parents had a great 44th anniversary dinner because this gal did such a great job. I wish I had her name to put on this review. I’ll look for my receipt and update this later if it’s on there. I was skimming some of the other reviews and noticed bad service was mentioned a few times. I have been into this place many many times over the last three years and the service we receive is always top notch.

Horrible customer service! ! Our waitress was so slow they were not busy either. The Lobster on top of my potato tasted like old fish it was so gross! Loved how the waitress asked how everything was on her way by and didn’t wait for our response. I also noticed that the restaurant was not very clean. Not going back Any Time soon. Yuck!

My husband and I have been salivating over the Lobsterfest ads on TV, so today we decided to have lunch at Red Lobster in Silverdale while our car was being serviced. The place was pretty empty for 1pm on a Monday and we were seated immediately. The waitress was warm and friendly, and brought drinks and biscuits and then entrees quickly. After that, the experience went downhill rapidly. The food was just awful, and we’re not picky eaters. My husband had ordered the Lobster Lover’s Dream and I, the Lobster Scampi Linguine. Both were equally bad. His lobster was very salty and mostly rubbery. My entrée was so mysterious I had to wonder if they had brought the wrong item. It tasted so fishy, and the texture was so rubbery, I could barely eat it. Nothing tasted fresh, except the biscuits. The coleslaw was forgettable, the broccoli cold. The waitress never came back to ask how everything was– or to offer a Coke refill, until we had to ask. For this we paid around $ 72 including tip. Never going back.

We went here on a Tuesday afternoon at around 4pm. The place was almost empty. Our waitress was extremely nice and took care of us completely. We both had a lobster dish and the food was amazing! I haven’t had lobster that good in a long time. It’s pretty expensive, especially when your eating lobster, but completely worth it. Great

1st time at a Red Lobster. Didn’t know what to expect. Atmosphere was nice. Waitress was pleasant. Tried hard to please but felt«pushed» the whole time to «hurry up» and order, eat and get out. When we arrived @ 5:00 the place was not very busy on a Saturday. When we left one hour later there were a lot of people waiting to be seated. The food was mediocre and forgettable. They just want to «turn» the tables and get as many people in and out as fast as they can.
