Reliable Storage

I only gave them two stars because of the sweet older lady that works there, she has always been nice and cooperative (+1star to her.). Altho I would like to give them one star because I have been charged twice the normal rent for being ten days late (was in gulf with no signal to make payment), I understand that I’m late but Ive been a solid honest customer that always pays them on time and they have my debit card number that proves a degree of good faith. Its an absurd charge and a clear attempt to take advantage of the customer when the customer is indisposed or checks late and they capitalize on that in a way that makes me realize that they want to drain their storage renters financially in order to legally steal you stuff! On the phone I was told abrasively «its not like we got a furniture store down the street», which to me implies that they do in fact maybe not have «store down street» but profitable means of selling their customers possessions. Aside from that, its tiny spendy units, and charges at every turn. Better not lose your key, better not have flexible employment. I could rant a bit more but ive done my civic duty writing this out and hopefully save some people serious money. Im not going to rent from them any longer, so you all know how serious I am.
