The manager here is not in the least bit interested in customer service. In her defense, she has had to put up with late payments from me due to difficult family circumstances and other chaos, but the response to this has been utterly inflexible and lacking in any grace. I recently drove up as the manager was leaving so I could pay my late bill, have the lock removed, and remove some contents. She was going on her lunch break at 1:30 not to be back until 3:30. I asked her to help me because I was in town only for a couple of hours with a borrowed truck that I had to return outside of her imposed time schedule. In essence she told me «too bad, you should have let me know you were coming.» She stormed off and drove away. WTF? Who runs a business like this? I seem to run into to this petty, small-mindedness pretty frequently in Kitsap, though there are shining examples of good customer service here too. When dealing with this business, you will experience no customer service, a complete lack of solution orientation when problems arise, and a generally snippy attitude if things don’t go exactly right. Oh, and they don’t take cash. But they are apparently just fine with the risks of taking personal checks. Sheeshhh! When looking for storage solutions, spend some extra time looking for another likely better business. Even if another storage biz is only 5% better than this one, you will come out golden. This place is an embarrassment, but unfortunately will go on making plenty of money in spite of their shoddy approach with customers.
