the boy’s bathroom has no privacy whatsoever between the urinal and the toilet along with that it can’t be seen from the viewers eyes when they first walk in, to the point if the door opens you can see the whole room and a fight almost happened because i walked in on a guy as he was peeing… they either need to make it into a solo bathroom entirely or where there is complete privacy not try to make it both i would not bring my son here due to the lack of privacy nor would i even go thru drive thru also their outside door handle broke as i went to leave the restaurant entirely leading me to believe they don’t take good care of their stores or take any kind of pride into what their stores looks like as the consumer if this is still owned by Orchard Foods… I wouldn’t be surprised because nothing of that franchise speaks quality, good leadership, or even make me think they still take very good care of their employees since i have been there

Went here Yesterday around Midnight after getting back to Silverdale from a Sounders game. Our order was right and the food was good. I would give 5 stars due to this Taco Bell having Chili Cheese Burritos, but the drive through was a little slow.

Enjoying tacos. Cheap food at cheap prices. Cashiers are always helpful and cheerful. My order has never been wrong. Make sure you get your hot sauce and napkins when going through drive-thru. Sometimes they forget.

I have not been here one single time where the drive through hasn’t been the slowest ever.

Tonight while enjoying dinner from Silverdale Taco Bell, my 7 year old niece bit into her burrito and found a push pin inside her burrito. My niece instantly started to gag as the pin poked into her tongue and roof of her mouth. I promptly called the store, where the manager refused to give me the corporate phone number, telling me I could get it off the website. After telling the manager what happen, she handed the phone to her GM and I was asked to bring the burrito and push pin back in. I did go to the Taco Bell and showed the burrito and pin along with my receipt. The GM Pat offered to remake the burrito for me, which I declined because my niece did not want it. There was no offer to give my money back or anything else. I have contacted the local health department, my sister called her pediatrician, we have reached out to all social media explaining our story and called the corporate offices. This is not ok! Please Beware that if you are visiting the Silverdale Taco Bell to beware and inspect their food before eating it.

If I had other choices, I wouldn’t be coming here. The service here is grossly bad. Second time In a row that they got my order wrong. Worse, I did the drive thru. Last time. Have to find another one that provides better service.

I was in the drive through for TWENTY minutes. No joke! And they made me wait to order, rushed me when they finally got to me, and were very rude. Also didn’t offer hot sauce. Ugh.

I regret giving my money to this Taco Bell. Not only did it take exceptionally long but my burrito had something hard in it. It was disgusting. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a burrito I would go to a much better establishment. I will never go back here and I do not recommend anyone else to either. The only reason they get a star is because it’s a requirement on Unilocal

I have ordered food at this Taco Bell several times throughout the year using the drive thru, and it has consistently been up to par with any other Taco Bell I have visited. On my most recent visit, I had time to go inside and order. Immediately upon entering the building I had to use caution walking across the slippery floor, and it was not because it had just been mopped! As I looked around while I waited for my food, I saw food stains on some of the walls, cracks in the walls, dirty tables and floors and the bathroom was in shambles with no toilet paper. Needless to say, my appetite was ruined and I will not be visiting this Taco Bell again!

You may end up in the ER after eating here! I picked up a Cheesy Crunch Box for my daughter at 7:35pm, and at around midnight she started violently vomitting, which lasted through the night. In the morning, she was weak, running a fever, and had pain around her kidney. So, I took her to the ER, where she had a pulse of 140, and a fever of 99.7. She went through several IV bags to rehydrate, and was given anti-nausea pills. I called the restaurant, and talked to the manager, who said she would tell the owner of the situation, and have them call me. She sounded a bit sleepy/dreamy, so I am not really expecting a call. So, I filled a complaint with the local health department, and called their corporte offices. As for me, I worked at a Taco Bell in the 80’s, and subsequently rarely partaek in their«Cuisine»

I was at Taco Bell in Silverdale 2 days ago and ordered a bean burrito. 3 hours later I became very, very ill and am still recovering after 3 days! I will never return to that Taco Bell. I am very disappointed as I have never had any bad experiences with Taco Bell until now. I am wondering if anyone else experienced problems on Friday, December 28th? I give this place 0 stars.

Was at the Silverdale taco bell this afternoon. The place was a mess. Every vacant table was visibly dirty, there were smells coming from the restrooms. I had to wait outside for my order. And preferred eating in the car instead of the restaurant. Which I NEVER do. I don’t expect a lot from fast food but this was awful and distgusting. Also the cashier was coughing and wiping her nose as she took our order. GERMS! I wont be back. The Poulsbo taco bell is managed much better.

Only go to the drive thru unless you want to be overpowered by the slow service, lingering smells and run-down look of the interior. Sderiously though, this location has the look of a forgotten and neglected restaurant. And, if you haven’t been here before, the parking situation is a disaster. Don’t even attempt to drive into the lot near the entrance unless you want to end up in a car accident.

Ugh Taco Bell I love to hate you. Despite them messing up my order A LOT, i always come back :(They get confused all the time on simple things and always miss food in my bag. I think I need to try a new one.

Damn you, Silverdale Taco Bell. You’re ALWAYS out of Baja Blast. Seriously. Why not just take it off your menu? Gah. And if you could get my order right just *once*, that would be fantastic. Thank God we moved to Bremerton where they understand that you order certain things for a reason: because you want to eat them. *sigh*

I’ll probably find myself in the drive through lane at this Taco Bell again, but I would not return if there were a better alternative close by. This place is fast, but also sloppy. I usually get the crunchy tacos and they’re often crammed full of lettuce and not much else. I still like Taco Bell but will be getting my tacos elsewhere.

Oh Taco Bell! I remember when this location opened, I was a sophomore in high school with no means of transportation other than my parents or my own two feet. The beginning of high school was a door to heaven: Friends With Cars. We barely had enough time to buy any crap they sold in the cafeteria and eat it in our short lunch period, but often we tried to make it down the hill to Taco Hell and thru the huge line at the drive thru and scarf down our food driving back up the hill. Ahh, the good olé’ days. Then after the high school years, Taco Bell was an after hours haven for when the bars closed and my drunk self was HUNGRY! Who can deny the greatness that is a large Dr Pepper and a Supreme Beef Burrito at 3am? Not I. The food here is not great, sometimes it’s not even good, but after a night of dancing and drinking and who knows what else, something about Taco Bell just hits the spot like nothing else can. And now Taco Bell can just go to hell, because they’re not open 24 hrs anymore. Good thing I hold Jack in the Box close to my heart as well, or I’d be screwed when it comes to taco cravings at 4:30am.
