The two gentleman that worked this afternoon during lunch were amazing! Quick, effective and work great as a team! Thank you boys!

I wanted to meet here with my brother to have a good converston, buti would not suggest going here right now while they are expanding a nearby business, its really loud, and it doesn’t do well to have lunch with someone in here, at best its good for take-out only I will buy from them later but not while the Veterinary hospital is being worked on

This subway is very clean. They have always prepared my subs very well and the place seems very sanitary. I did however encounter a customer who had the worst attitude I’ve seen in the state of Washington. She was pressuring the young worker to fix her sandwich as she was attempting to take a tray of bread out of the holder. The employees attempted to handle the rude customer the best they could. Hopefully the older customer hit her chin on the glass door as she was walking out of the store with her nose in the air.

Who hasn’t eaten at Subway? Family usually gets the munchies for this place atleast once a week. Better than deep fried something I guess! I’ve been to several Subways in various states and can’t really say that it tastes better or worse in any location. I’m officially now hooked on their tuna though(thanks dad XD) I wanted to give kudos for their efforts in handling my food and being cautious with my allergies. They do have gluten free rolls(which they charge as a 6″ +$ 1 for gf) about the size of a hamburger bun. Mind you the bread does get toasted for«food quality», but let’s be honest… anything gf taste better warmed up. They always ask if it’s an allergy or choice and when told allergy they proceed to change gloves, washing their hands inbetween changes, open the sealed plastic utensils, and even have another worker handle the oven so they don’t touch anything that may be cross contaminated. On top of that they often bring out a seperate set of toppings that have not been used or take from the middle of the pile once again avoiding cross contamination. I understand how tedious this can be and that it can be annoying especially when they start to get busy, but they have yet to fail me so I applaud them for following standards. They also carry a gf brownie, but I tried it once and nah… I’ve only ever run into moody service here maybe twice. Once being an almost 11pm stop for sis who wanted a sub after work. But as they are open 24hrs there is no need to give bad service at any hour. Anyway they will continue to receive my service because it’s cool that I can have Subway with everyone else.

I usually love Subway, but this particular one was terrible. There were only two or three people in front of us but it took 15+ minutes to even get to order. As we waited, the line grew up to the door. When we finally got to order, I wanted Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, but they ran out. So I chose Roasted Garlic. They were out of that too. So I just got plain Italian. I got Oven Roasted Chicken and the guy abruptly left for a very, very long while, and he finally came back with the chicken… The employee who puts on your vegetables didn’t seem to listen to me. He kept talking to the cashier and at one point he was in the middle of adding some lettuce when he just kind of… stopped, while he talked to the cashier. I had to tap the glass to get his attention and he gave me a nasty look. The food was decent though– and that’s the only reasons why this has two stars and not one.

After reading other reviews, I just wanted to say that I’ve had very good tuna sandwiches from this Subway, and their ingredients always are fresh and bin refills are ready at hand. I, too, have noticed that the staff is different every time I go in, but the servers who are there on any given day seem to be conscientious, and it’s really a tough job for the servers at this Subway — there’s always a long line of customers(so be prepared for a wait). I have learned to ask the servers to check the freshness of the bread at ALL Subways. It’s an assembly-line production at this Subway, because it’s in a popular location; so give the staff a compliment and a tip – they do a good job that’s really got few perks. This Subway also has a separate enclosed room with a fireplace, which would be nice on cold days. That room would be a great area for larger get-togethers, because it’s closed off from the main eating area.

I went in to get a salad for lunch, and was waiting for about 30 minutes with only 4 other people in line. The female sandwich artist was extremely rude, did not chop the salad, the lettuce was extremely wilty and browning, and the 3 other guys working there did not have a clue as to what they were doing. My boyfriend got a footlong tuna sandwich, and the bread was hard and crusty, and there was barely any tuna put on it. We will not be frequenting this establishment again, this is not the first time we have had issues with this place.

This is the cleanest Subway I have been too. Great service!

Even though it seemed to be a cleaner Subway than some I’ve visited… the customer service lacked completely. I’m mean really… how hard is it to smile, and say«welcome to Subway?» And, as others commented… they lacked condiments. I’ve been in other Subways that offer provolone & Swiss cheese… not this Subway.

I love the Italian BMT sub and the selection of breads as well as the option to toast the sandwiches. I try to eat at Subway at least once a week because it’s one of the healthiest options on a budget that I actually enjoy. The reason I only gave this location two stars is because I’m frustrated that they seem to give fewer veggies every week. It’s been bothering me more each time so I finally decided to take some action and notify the restaurant as well as Unilocal readers.

This is, by far, the worst Subway restaurant I’ve ever been to. They are constantly running out of things — onions, cucumbers, even bread — one time they asked me what kind of bread I wanted and I told them and they said: «All we have is white.» Why did they even ask me. They also always seem to have new people working there, which means people must not be satisfied with their jobs. Furthermore, they do not offer the double cheese that used to come with the veggie sub, claiming that this was a national thing. Recently, I visited another subway and asked for double cheese, prepared to pay for it. Come to find out, the veggie IS still supposed to come with double cheese — it’s not a national thing. I will be frequenting either the Manette Subway or the one on Kitsap Way in Bremerton from now on. EDIT(7÷30÷10): Ignore the complaint about not having ‘double cheese’ on the veggie sub — at the time the review was written, this wasn’t a national thing, but now it is — if you want double cheese, you’ll have to pay no matter which Subway you go to.

Service is inconsistent as it depends wholly on who is working. Granted, being a «Sandwich Artist» is probably not inspiring work, but they still are in the customer service world, so I expect a little more than a monotone«what kind of bread?» And for the cost, I’d much rather go a lot of other places.
