Vapor It

The place is clean and has a ton of options. Why 2 stars? The workers in the place can’t get off their high horses to explain things to new vapers or to get testers out for your to try. Take a note from that vape shop in the Kitsap Mall, they bend over backwards to help you and despite feeling like a giant pain because you don’t know anything, they keep on helping. I asked to try a flavor and the guy visibly rolls his eyes and sighs outwardly. I don’t like it and ask to try another. An even louder sigh, seriously? Before I drop $ 30 on this bottle that is going to last me about 2 – 3 weeks I would like to know if I like it or not. There are ton’s of shops in the Kitsap area due to the fact that this place is dominantly military and we can’t smoke cigarettes on the submarines. The only reason your business is here is because of your customers, you don’t get the option to be so dag gone snooty and disrespectful to your customers.
Get off your high horses people and help your customers instead of smoking all day and stop being so damn annoyed that you have to work sometimes during your time at your workplace.

This place is pretty nice.
First vape shop I’ve been to in Silverdale and I’m very particular about where I go so it was nerve wracking to be going somewhere I’ve never been but it was time.
Shop is pretty big, everything’s located in the back half of the store. The employees are very nice and helpful. Some pretty dope juices I’ve never tried and that aren’t available where I stay.
I ended up buying a bottle of Sweet Leaf because it was one that I couldn’t pass up. I also got a pretty cool jade colored tip. Way better than the metal tip I originally bought.
My friend had recently come and got a tank which she ended up not liking and they switched her out no problem.
Awesome staff, sad to see the bad reviews but I can’t complain and I will definitely be back whenever I’m back here.

Not recommend at all. I’ve stopped in a few times for juice, coils and look at tanks. Horrible customer service each time I’ve been in the different people helping acted like it was an inconvenience that I a customer wanted to shop and they had to do work. I’m sorry if you don’t want to be bothered by paying customers (that in turn make sure you get a paycheck) don’t work in retail. I definitely won’t be back.

OVERPRICED! If you’re looking for anything that is overpriced?! This is the store to go to! They have everything! Overpriced.

Talk about rude ass people, so smug that God forbid you have to work. The reason people ask questions is because they want to learn. Don’t treat people like crap because they don’t know That’s what your for, answering questions !! Get off your high horse, you work at a vape store.
