Wendy’s

How many times can you screw up someone’s order? Well, these fine folks screwed up on mine 3 times. I wasn’t asking for anything weird, just a burger without lettuce and onion. Not too hard… or so I thought. And when I questioned the item for the 3^rd time, I was asked «Are you sure it’s wrong?». Um, yeah I’m sure!
I was offered a free frosty for the error which was nice. I asked for vanilla and received chocolate. Really?!

i am not able to reach them when i want to call them… i wasted several hours taking the bus over to them to see if they had the foster’s key chains still… that was time wasted… riding the bus is not as easy as driving it can take 2−8x’s longer than driving a car
when I was working for Burger King… this Wendy’s had the best reputation, drive thru time, and were fast and efficient… i am having a hard time believing this to still be true

0, stars the manager kasey and is very rude and the food tasted horrible I hope you guys get another manager cuz I’m never going back to this wendys again at least port orchard got better service!!!

OMG. If you ever want to meet the most stupid people on earth, this is the place to go. Tried to order a chicken sandwich combo with chili instead of fries (who likes the fries they have now? gross and always cold!) and since it was hot outside, I really wanted a soda. The gal didn’t understand that we had a choice of sides so instead of giving me a combo with the sandwich, chili and soda, she was only able to understand the sandwich and chili concept. Then after struggling with ordering a combo I wasn’t going to get, two salads were ordered and one of them which is a popular salad, the cashier had never heard of it so I had to point it out on the menu board. The manager who is an older gentleman was so busy doing everyone else’s job that they’re not doing (and getting paid for) that I couldn’t get his attention to complain. All in all, i almost got what I ordered minus the soda and of course, didn’t get my change. One of the salads was supposed to come with pecans, and they weren’t included. As I said, the manager was running around doing everything while the clueless employees did nothing. The one girl making the food cut up a piece of chicken for one of the salads I ordered and half of it dropped on the floor. So one salad did get a full piece of chicken while the other only got a few. For $ 20.86 and no change, it wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately, the poor manager should be telling employees to do their job rather than do it but if they’re all that stupid, it’s no wonder he was doing it.

Wendy’s is basically the only fast food I eat. I get a craving for their home style chicken burger with onions added, fries and a chocolate frosty… Go big or go home… Very fast, nice employees and yeah sometimes they get it wrong but overall they mostly get it right and the food is good. You do have to realize it’s fast food and the likelihood that things are going to be right every single time is ridiculous. But I would say that 8.5÷10 times my food is right… And I think that’s pretty high.

Please take the extra mile to drive to the Wendy’s in Poulsbo! Especially if you’re looking for food after 10 PM!
This was just nasty. I had old fries that they reheated and burgers that were too greasy that it had to be thrown away. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever experienced!

Gross! Staff was eating in dining room and then went in back to make food without washing hands.

Fastest National Chain Burgers in Silverdale. This Wendy’s always has given great service. In the Drive-​Thru, no sooner do I finish paying then my stuff at one window, then it’s usually ready at the next window, Fast, Fast. It’s all standard Wendy’s food but always seems fresh. Friendly and smiling staff even at the busiest times.

This is honestly the worst Wendy’s I have ever tried. The line is always very long and the food is less than mediocre. I usually really enjoy Wendy’s. The staff messes up sometimes and does not seem very courteous. I will not be returning to this location.

The service was fast but they always messed up the orders like we would be missing a burger or some other stuff. Every time I go to this place i always lose 3 dollars cause i end up not having the food that i order. I used to work at Wendy’s back at home and its not that hard to look at a screen for the orders or the receipt they never give us our receipt cause they know they mess up everyone orders. Lucky they open another in poulsbo cause i rather travel a little farther to get my food that they going to make it right.

I just love Wendy’s… perhaps it is because my first job was at a Wendy’s.
I do miss some of the things the featured back in my day, Greek Pita’s, Smoky Bacon Chedder burgers, Chili Cheese Chips, and back then there was only one Frosty, the chocolate frosty is the only thing Wendy’s should be selling.
This location has never failed me, fast service, hot food, clean restrooms, and even the drive through is fast.
