I have sent spoken to the owner Glen who apologize for the incident that happened in October and he promised that there was going to be a huge turn around with his business and too better his customer service. So I’m willing to give them another chance and I hope you guys do too. It’s all about Grace and Forgiveness.

I’ve been searching for a good laundry /​dry cleaning service for a long time, and after half a dozen different places, I’ve finally found one I like. A&T’s quality is consistently high and their attention to detail is great. One of my problems with cleaning services is how consistently they destroy the buttons on my dress shirts. In the 2 years I’ve been going to A&T I’ve only lost one button, and they replaced it right away. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great Cleaners and all service alterations also. Very friendly. Prices are fair. They have a special with subway 10 pieces of dry cleaning get a free 6 inch sub. Good one day turn around service. They match prices.

I think A&T Cleaners is the best dry cleaning service in Simi Valley. I won’t use any other business. Their prices are better, quality is without question, and they always return my dry cleaning promptly. Additionally, they are supportive of military and emergency services personnel.

I was in A&t cleaners when this lady Yolanda was in there and all she was trying to do was cause a scene. She was rude and completely ignorant. This is by far the best cleaners in town and the owner handled with patience and respect. A lot better then I would of. I would be ashamed if I was this lady Yolanda, very childish.

I had never gotten anything dry-​cleaned before, and was in need. I had seen this place for a few years and decided to try it. They were very nice and answered any questions I had for the process. My clothes came back by the expected time frame, and they looked great! I will definitely be bringing any dry clean clothes back.

This place is amazing. They are closer to my house than the dry cleaner I used to go to and they price matched what I was paying at my old dry clean as well. The lady working was super nice.

After seeing the poor reviews for the previous owners I think it is only fair to write a review for the new owners to show how they turned this place around!
I have been using this dry cleaners for the past three months and they have been great! Next day pick-​up, good prices, and they even replaced a button on my shirt for free without me asking!
I am always greeted with a smile when I come in and I feel like they really appreciate my business.

Worst cleaners ever! Coulda paid 11.50 for a suit to be dry cleaned at Tempo Cleaners but chose this place cus it’s closer to home. What a mistake… they charged me 13.50 and when I went to pick it up I guess my husband had left his tie in one of the pockets and they charged me over 4 bucks to dry clean a tie. Seriously!!! Rip off!!! Never going back. Needless to say the girl at the front was pretty rude herself! Need some customer service training!

Used this company in March 2013 with a Simideals coupon. Theywere rude and initially refused to recognize where it came from or to honor it, so my husband went to talk to them. They said they were losing money on the deal that’s why they didn’t want to honor it. They finally did do so but with very bad grace.
Too bad, I have regular loads of dry cleaning but will take my business elsewhere due to their poor customer service.

The new owners are completely turning this place around. Roni & Glen are cheerful & professional. I had a dress shirt taken in & some new tuxedo pants hemmed. They were prompt & economical. The work is clearly highly accomplished tailoring. And the personal attention is unrivaled.
I’m so glad they taken over here. All my dry cleaning and alterations are getting done at A&T from now on!

I had a great experience here! I had been there earlier last year and wasn’t impressed. I found out they had new ownership recently so figured I’d try it again since its down the street from me. They were great! I had 4 dresses cleaned and had them back within 2 days. I also had a hem done on dress pants and a sundress opened up to have a zipper put in. They did a GREAT job on both. And it was one of the CHEAPEST prices I’ve ever been charged for dry cleaning and alterations! Friendly people and great service. Ill be using them on a regular basis from now on.

If you need to get pants hemmed stear clear of this mom and pop. The Korean couple is very nice, but really bad tailors. I wore each pair of pants for her to hem and when I picked them up the right leg was ½ shorter than the left leg. It was because she has lazily not used the center of the inseam when matching the legs. Instead, they insisted my legs were uneven! She re-​did them, however, because of her poor tailoring she ruined every one of the pairs because she’d cut the pants so short that she didn’t have any hem left to lengthen the ½ an inch. Sadly, I’d given her four pairs of pants! That’s a lot of money — and good pants — wasted. So now I have to either let them out the ½ and inch and wear them with a ragged bottom (which is doable for jeans) or make them into shorts.
Do yourself a favor and don’t use them for tailoring.
