This place got me out of a bind on a Saturday and was able to get me in and accommodated. I am so thankful for the last minute availability. I had gone to another dry cleaning in seamy Valley she was very rude telling me that no one does the service on Saturday. Customer service comes first for me since I deal with customers all the time, this place rocks at customer service

I came to this cleaners needing a last minute fix on an Indian bridesmaids dress. The seamstress here is amazing. She was able to fix my dress just the day before the wedding. She squeezed me into her already busy schedule that day. Can’t thank her enough! I later brought her a pair of ripped horseback riding pants and they are still holding up months later. I highly recommend this cleaners.

Worst customer service I have every experienced. I can only speak about the women that was working both times I went in. Yes I was naïve enough to go in twice. I actually tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking she was having a bad day but the second experience was even worse! I can’t support a company that treats its customers so poorly. Anyone else have recommendations for dry cleaners please let me know.

I’m a picky person with specific requirements, borderline clinically OCD. I’ve been to so many different dry cleaners and never found satisfaction. A simple request of a fix of a button never met and I’m too chicken to say anything. Then I found Tailormade through a friend and VOILA!!! Heaven! I took probably over $ 200 worth of dry cleaning (stains that have been there for years and other drycleaners couldn’t get it out.) But Mr. Oh took the time to scrub out the stain by hand himself. And didnt charge me extra! SO nice! I had these work pants that I love and can’t find anything like them. All stores only carry skinny jeans. WTH? I have had these pants for about a decade. I must have gotten shorter cuz they’re longer now but Mrs. Oh hemmed them, fixed the buttons, and hemmed the butt crack cuz it was ripping. My butt has gotten bigger too :/​My pants are back to normal and I probably can keep them for another 10 years.
I never go shopping because I like the clothes I have. All in all, Tailormade made all my old clothes look brand new. I’m very happy to have found a place that is as OCD as I am. They have my loyalty forever!
And, I like that they are a husband and wife team who seem very humble, caring, and genuinely nice. Very nice people. They invited me to a hot dog party a couple of months ago at the cleaners for appreciation for their customers. Who does that?! So nice!

I’m not use to dry cleaners being so expensive in Simi as I use to live in sfv. It’s not cheap. but ALSO FOUND OUT other dry cleaners are worst in Simi valley…

Speedy, reasonable, and high quality service. Pretty rare to find a family friendly business that can meet my demands consistently. My husband does not plan ahead to have his clothes dry cleaned for important business meetings, so I feel relieved to go to Tailor Made and get 24 hour or less service. My dry cleaning is ready for pick up right away. Their prices are super reasonable as well. I was most impressed recently when I brought in some of my husbands military shirts which had grease stains. As many know, the military has a very strict dress code. The shirts came back, with no evidence of prior stains. Be sure to give this business a try! They will treat you like you are part of their family!

A great experience! I took my boyfriend’s Hugo Boss suit which had been through two weddings and a t-​shirt that had brought back a few stains from a weekend in Vegas and both were returned good as new! The suit was handled well and they were able to get a stain out of the t-​shirt which had already been washed and dried. I was very impressed and I highly recommend this establishment!

I took my slacks for alterations. The lady did a perfect job on them cause they now fit so well … like I never gained weight. My family has been taking dry cleanings here also and they actually are very detailed so as to not miss any marks on my clothes. Prices and service are good also.

A truly unique experience in Dry Cleaning! My shirts and slacks come back perfect and it is fairly priced. They have great customer service and they are courteous and professional and I never faced any issues with any of my orders. Highly recommend!!!

The quality of her work is bad and she’s rude.
They used to be called William Tailor but changed their name… I wonder why?
