Loved our floors! Great experience!

I should have read the reviews on this place before I gave this man $ 14,900. He is a liar and will take your money, but if you have a question or concern after the tile and flooring is done he will not call you back. They did tile and laminate and totally trashed our home. They cut the tile and laminate inside the house. We spent 4 days cleaning the walls, floors and the entire place to clean up after his men. He never contacted me even though I tried to call him regarding the grout. I spent all this money on re-​doing a shower and now it looks like a mexican restaurant. I also told him not to remove a valve the plumber installed and they did. Also the drain cover the plumber installed they covered up with one that cannot be removed unless you tear up the grout. He will be your best friend until he gets your money. Do not use this company. I am seriously thinking of filing a compliant with the State Contractors Board.

Not quite sure what other have experienced, but I had a FANTASTIC experience with this company. The owner, Ahmad, went out of his way to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. His prices were better than other competitors I contacted and his easy going nature and humor made the process easy. His installer, Curtis, was beyond professional. When someone comes into your home and needs to spend a few days there, you need to trust them. Curtis was extremely polite and courteous and even finished the job a day ahead of schedule!
Look, when making a purchase like this, a BIG purchase, you want to have a pleasant experience. Ahmad and his team make you feel like family. They’ve earned my trust and long term business and I’ve referred numerous friends and family to him. Hope this helps in your decision making process!

Got carpet installed in 2 of my rental properties. The owner took good care of us. Gave us a GREAT price on carpet and the installation was done right which is the most important part of getting flooring. The installers showed up on time and the seams were barely, if all, visible. They have great pricing on hardwood and laminate. If I ever need to get hard surface, I will be back there.

Should have read Unilocal first as Alex was right. The owner makes promises and does not work hard enough to help u. I got flooring that the installers damaged and someone came back to fix 3 months later and damaged again. I let the owner know after each time and nothing so I disputed and the owner — Ahmad lied to the credit company that I wont let him in my home to fix it which is not true and when he wanted to give me gift cards and a box of flooring to make this go away. My floor is damaged all over and is permanent from shotty installation. go some where else

If you buy anything from this thief you will regret it! This guy tells you one thing and promises to «take care of you» and ends up not coming through with his word. This place is a rip off. You’ve been warned! Unilocal does not have anything below 1 star and if it did this place would earn negative stars. You shouldn’t be in business!!!
