Subway

Burnt my bread cuz manager ignored the timer on the toaster oven which beeped 3 times. She saw my over toasted bread and neglected to offer another one.

I ordered a foot long meatball with onions, bell pepper, black olives, provolone cheese, black pepper, Parmesan cheese on jalapeño cheddar cheese bread. The service was friendly and quick. Drink selection was not that great. In trying not to drink soda and their tea selection was not good. Lemonade was not good either I must add.

Great customer service also puts lots meat and veggies and mustard and mayo stuff on perfectly

This is the cleanest and best service from subway I yet to receive from any subway. The manager (Ryan) was very nice and quick to serve. The veggie side was alittle lite but had no problems adding more as I asked. Just a pleasent time.

I hate this subway! I usually go to the Yosemite one, but since they’re closed for some sort of remodel, I come here. The woman that works here, I hate to say, speaks very broken English so it’s hard to understand her, especially with the music blasting. If you ask her for a lot of something, like spinach, she’ll put the bare minimum so you have to ask her to please put more. It happened three times with my one six inch sandwich. She also makes the sandwiches so messily that they fall apart when u unwrap it. After she finished making my sandwich, some guy came out and rang me up. After I left the register, as I was sitting in the dining room eating my sandwich, he was behind the counter cursing up a storm with another customer. Very unprofessional. Every time I come here it’s the same thing, I hope my regular store opens up again so I can stop coming here.

Subway is Subway but this particular one has the slowest service of any I have ever been to. I live across the street and would rather drive to a different Subway. Sometimes they only have 1 person doing everything and the line goes out the door. I don’t understand why this Subway is different. Others the service is fast and friendly. Oh, and they would argue with me as to what I want. Just stay away from this Subway — there’s a nice hamburger join next door.

Had a party last weekend, ordered everything from out of state. Katie was so helpful and when I went to pick everything up, it was perfect!!! Such a risk when you are out of state but since I was guided so well from Katie, it was a breeze!!! From order to pick up, it was excellent! Claudia, Alexandria and Katie ROCK!!! THANK YOU LADIES!!!

Excellent service compared to most subways I’ve visited.

super friendly and accomodating staff. This is the ONLY subway that i’ve been too where the guy behind the counter wasn’t super stingy with toppings when you asked them to add more.
I usually don’t tip at fast food restaurants, but the guy that served me was so great that I felt it would be wrong not to! They have abundant seating and parking so this location is super convenient.

We came here around 2pm and the guy who helped us was really tall but nobody was wearing a name tag so I didn’t get any names. So tall guy was struggling, he seemed new. He was struggling but he was really personable and entertaining so we weren’t bothered. What bothered us was that NOBODY was helping this guy. There were 3 other people working that weren’t really doing anything and nobody was helping him! He kept saying where is everybody? It was sad you could tell he was stressed out. It wasn’t cool! But our food was yummy and tall guy was nice.
