My son went here for few months. Let me start off by saying how wonderful the speech therapist are.
But what they don’t tell you is all the stress and lies you get from the billing people Holli and Elizabeth.
When I first took my son there I sat down with Holli and specifically asked if CDC is in network with Aetna. I was told by her «no however we treat you as In-​Network» I was asked for a $ 44.00 Co-​ins. on that day I paid it but told her at that time. You will have to refund me as my husband just had a 3 day stay in Simi Valley Hospital and had Surgery at Simi Surgery Center and those claims are pending not even including the other doctor’s, anesthesia, labs, xray, etc. And our Deductible and Out of Pocket for in network would have been met. Holli’s reply to me was that’s fine.
I continued having services done for several months. Once I stopped going for after 4 months or so. The bills came in.
I called with no response to any voicemails for over a month. I finally called Simi Valley Hospital directly and spoke to there billing company and they got me in touch with Elizabeth.
Elizabeth and I agreed that I would pay $ 44.00 per bill as she could not write off the full amount. I agreed as it was less of a headache to pay that then the argument. That I was covered at 100% In-​Network.
I waited for new bills with the correct amounts on them. They never came. So I never paid. I finally started getting bills over a month later form our August conversation. Only 1 bill was correct. so I wrote letters never got a response. I paid the 1 bill by credit card and only authorized $ 44.00 to be charged to my card.
Well I finally received a receipt for that payment 2 weeks later and with billing notices saying this is the final bill before I go to collections. Even though im covered at 100% In-​network. and if you remember Holli told me I was to be treated IN network.
I called and spoke to Elizabeth again on Nov 12, told her the situation again and I was told again they treat us IN-​network. so I told her once again I am covered at 100% so I should not have to pay ANYTHING but I am being nice and paying the $ 44.00 per bill. she told me she would have to research it and get back to me. as of Today I have not heard anything.
I went on to my Credit Card statement today. And I saw the 1 payment I authorized for $ 44.00 is charged to my credit card on Nov 6^th matching up with the receipt that sent me. Also I saw on my card they charged an additional $ 44.00 on the same day and then again on Nov 8^th. These 2 I did not approve so why are they charging my card without my permission. and why only send me one receipt for $ 44.00 for Nov 6^th when you charged my card 2 times on Nov 6^th for $ 44.00 and again on the 8^th. Very Shady.
I left a message for Elizabeth to call me back today. So we will see when and if she does. I am also calling my credit card to let them know the situation as well.
I would never go back here just for the billing issues alone

Would definitely recommend to any parent. Their therapist (Physical, Speech, Occupational) really connect with your child.
