My friend has lost a lot of weight after he started coming here, so I wanted to try it too. I have so far done the 3 day trial pack and I lost 3 lbs on it. Today I went in to check my progress. My coach Chris is so nice and he had a lot of tips for me on how to keep going on my weight loss journey. I’m going to be going in once a week to get weighed and check all my stats. I find it really helpful that I have someone who holds me accountable. Coach Chris has himself lost a lot of weight so he empathizes with me.

Chris is a great health coach! Can’t believe the results I got with just a 3 day trial pack. I am continuing the shakes and know if I have any questions my health coach will be there for me.
Many times healthy isn’t always tasty, but these shakes are amazing! You have to try it!

This place is really cool because it’s like a bar/​lounge and you’re surrounded with a lot of motivated and healthy people! I was new to the whole protein/​health shake concept as a meal and I’m still not used to but it’s a great experience! They are so helpful! We took a shot of aloe vera, had some tea and tried the protein shake: Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana and Pineapple Orange Coconut! GO SEE MATT AND RACHEL, they are an excellent power couple and we really enjoyed our experience thanks to them!!! Thanks guys!!! They even helped us with our nutrition and health!

I thought this place was going to be something similar to Jamba Juice. It’s not FYI. Here’s how it goes: You sit (not really a to-​go place), shoot a shot of aloe vera juice, order an ice tea to your liking then order a shake to your liking. Total cost for one person was $ 9.00.
It’s actually a cool concept but here are the negative facts:
1. Shakes/​smoothies are all Herballife. What’s Heberallife? It’s a multi-​level marketing (MLM) company that sells powder type shakes. What is wrong with MLM companies? I don’t have all day but one huge negative is that most people that sell from MLM companies all seem to be experts over night in whatever they are selling. They make grandiose claims on their products with absolutely no evidence or credentials behind them to back it up.
2. Nutritional Information is scarce. Both myself and my husband have allergies and when we asked if there were certain allergens in their products, they brushed the question off. This is probably the sole reason why I gave this place such a low rating. That’s unacceptable. They did not look up or give us any ingredient list but when forced to answer the question, he admitted there was an ingredient we were allergic to. I later looked up the ingredients in Herbal Life out of curiousity. Soy protein is the first ingredient, fructose immediately follows. No wonder they taste so good. Sugar!!!
3. The price! For $ 9.00, I would of rather have gone to Whole Food where I could of got a smoothie made of nothing but fruit and vegetables. Ingredients I know are healthy.
The whole time I was there, I felt like I was trying to be «sold» on how great their shakes and tea were. I just don’t buy into all the health benefits they claim these drinks can produce. I am pretty impressed by the owner for opening an actual establishment when selling these products goes by a typical pyramid concept. I have to give him points for that and to leave on a positive note, if you do love these shakes and have bought into all the health benefits, this place has a great vibe. For me, it just wasn’t my cup of tea.

I love their shakes especially the mint chocolate chip~ delish! And the service is great. I will definitely be coming back :)

It’s Herbalife. The more I vet negative criticism, the less I find wrong with the program. Investors shorting the stock have been convicted of stock manipulation. Their MO was to find fault with the product.
Here’s what I know:
1.) The shakes are filling and tasty
2.) They have no sugar or aspertame
3.) The folks working here are super nice

Staff made me feel very welcomed! First time there and they explain everything. I was very surprised to get two other drinks (a shot and then a tea) along with my smoothie. The lava flow was a great post workout smoothie and I am definitely returning. They also measure body fat! Super cool!

Went in here the other day and I must say staff is super friendly and I talked a bit about what I wanna do and my goals for my health and they were right on board and ready to help me out!!! I’m super excited that I found a place where the people are super nice and hello the smoothies are delicious and boy when they said I would be full until about 6pm man I was full all night. From 1pm till I went to bed at 9 pm I was amazed. So I’m super excited and if your looking for friendly atmosphere, delicious shakes (meal replacements), and people who wanna help you achieve those goals I suggest here!!!
