Dave Mann Plastering

David is a fair priced pro, my electrical panel was replaced, but electrician told me after the panel was put in that he did not do stucco work and had no recommendations. I found David and he came to the rescue, he used a very high quality base layer which allowed him to complete job in one visit. The color match with the existing stucco is so close that I do not have to repaint that side of the house. He likes to chat as he works and has some interesting views, but best is his work ethic. If I have other plastering projects I will definitely use David Mann Plastering.

Dave is great at his trade, and one heck of a nice guy!
I met Dave while he was doing a job on my Parent’s neighbor’s house.
I watched the job from start to finish. After one year, the job looks great!
They were great to watch work. Like clockwork. Not to mention, Dave was up on the scaffolding plastering alongside his crew. He’s not just a chin rubber.
Dave also did a small job for me. From quote to finished work, it was an extremely easy process… and the price, very fair.
Dave also took his time to come out and look at a job I had done by another GC. I went with the GC’s guy based on his recommendation. That was a mistake.
Dave was very straight forward with his opinion of the other guy’s work and gave me solid advice on how to proceed.
All in all, based on what I know of Dave, I don’t think you could hire a better stucco contractor!
