Came in on Saturday. Mary was more than helpful she set me up with this pistol organizers and all various configurations. Dehumidifiers and told me the differences between the two I was on the fence with. Cannot say enough positive work for this company you won’t be disappointed

Needed a gun safe as grandchildren are regular visitors in our house. Dean Safe Company has a great reputation so it was among the first companies that I visited. Mary Simpson was great. She answered all my questions, as well as my wife’s and provided solid advice. She carefully explained the features of each unit we looked at. She asked all the right questions about our needs and expectations and showed us units that met those expectations.
The other companies didn’t come close to her standard of customer care. Pricing is very competitive and even beat Costco’s special deal.
I understand why my colleagues recommended the company.
Installation will be Friday and if it meets the standard Mary set I’m sure it will be flawless

I needed a small CA-​DOJ approved gun storage box and Dean Safe had the one I wanted. A GunVault 1000D with the programmable keypad and it was much less than anywhere else.
I called to make sure they had it in stock and Mary not only confirmed, but held it until I got over there later that afternoon. She was very nice, went over the features and had me on my way in no time at all. Very customer service oriented. Thanks again Mary!

Found them on a web search. If you need a safe in LA/​Ventura Cos, buy it here. They helped me decipher my choices and delivered and installed the safe in our garage. Nacho and Ronnie were great. The whole transaction was crisp and professional.

I went to Dean’s Safes last week, and was very impressed by the amount of safes on offer, as well as the good sales for the Post Father’s Day Sale.
Mary was very helpful and gave demonstrations for the safes I was interested in, even though I already had a rough idea what I wanted.
For a safe, it is something that I would prefer to buy in person, so that you can examine the dimensions and see for yourself exactly what it looks like, things which you don’t get in an online transaction.
I bought in store and took it out myself, but overall Dean’s Safes was very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a safe, and an alternative to rolling the dice on an online purchase.

I bought a safe at the Ventura County fair. Watch out for the delivery. They deposited the 287 lbs safe in the walking path of the garage (we are remodeling right now and the garage is our only point of entry). I called the office right away and they told me the delivery was drop off only; therefore they could drop it off in the garage or the driveway it did not matter. If I wanted the safe rolled into my bedroom I would have to pay $ 125!!!

I just purchased a safe for my home from Dean Safe after extensive shopping. Their prices are very competitive, and after speaking with them I know I was getting quality advice and equipment as compared to the discount stores. Unfortunately my safe arrived damaged with a manufacting defect, and I discovered it on a Saturday. They made sure that I would be completely satisfied and took a part from another in stock safe so the problem would be solved the same day. They did so even though I picked a very popular model that sells out quickly, and they made sure I didn’t have to wait for a solution from the company who made the product. I trust these folks and will buy from them again.

Before I went to Dean’s Safe Company I thought all safes were created equal. Turns out I was way off.
After I walked in and saw the amounts of safes and price ranges, I realized that this would be a more complicated purchase than I thought. Luckily for me Mary was there to greet me in the show room and was as knowledgeable as one person could possibly be. She made the entire process of discerning which safe was the right one for me as easy as possible. I realized how just because something is called a safe, it doesn’t mean that everything in there is actually safe.
Not only did I leave with an education on how safes are made, their options, actual safety factor, and various other points, I most importantly felt good about my purchasing decision. So much in fact I ended up buying 3 safes.
The delivery of the safes was top notch. I was worried that they would have problems bringing these safes up stairs without damaging things. This was far from the case. Their delivery guy, Brandon, was first rate. I was amazed at how easily and carefully he was able to get the safes to the proper locations.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering buying a safe and wants more value for the money. They have safes that are significantly better than big store brands for the same money or less.

I buy everything over the internet.
Every once in awhile you get something that has a problem & in the back of your mind you think «this is gonna suck».
I received a 75lb Gun Vault from Dean Safe Co, the packaging was fine and after a couple of days I got ready to install it.
When I opened the box, DAMAGE.
In the back of my mind «THIS IS GONNA SUCK».
NOT SO FAST!!!
I sent off a few pictures & within 1 hour I had a phone call from Maggie:
«I’m sorry for the inconvenience a replacement will be dropped shipped to you in 2 or 3 days».
I received the replacement today WITHOUT HASSLE!!!
Most companys do a good job up front, it’s how they handle the problems that truly make the differance.
