Donut Time

I miss my old town, miss my old donut shop, the place was very clean, good donuts, nice ppls. They alway have fresh buttermilk around 5 – 6 pm, stop by n try u will like it.

Well, you can’t really mess up donuts. But it’s funny — this lady who own the place (I guess she owns it)…I come for donuts every Saturday morning. And every Saturday morning I get the same thing. About ½ dozen donuts for the kids. I always pay with $ 1 bills. It’s usually about 8 bucks or so. And every Saturday morning I count out the 8 dollar bills and always slowly and always out loud. And every time — no matter how I count it out and put it in her hand or on the counter she ALWAYS counts it again. I mean what is going to happen from in 1 second? I’m never going to cheat her and I have come in every Saturday for that last two years! I have tried to line up the dollars facing away, facing towards, alternating. It has become a crazy trust game that I just don’t get. I have counted it IN HER HAND — ONE… TWO…THREE…FOUR…FIVE…SIX…SEVEN…EIGHT… and she still counts it again before she puts it in the register. Try it sometime — it’s pretty crazy. Anyway, the donuts are about as good as anywhere else. Just don’t pay with singles.

The owner is very sweet! I like her and she is always willing to help a girl out if I want something extra haha
I enjoyed my experience here and have no complaints

This is my favorite Donut place in Simi. My kid loves that foot Donut. Their black iced tea is awesome too.

The best Donut Shop in Simi Valley!

This donut shop has been here ever since I can remember. The shop reminds me of my grandpa and I love that they keep to the classics. Im just not sure many donut shops actually earn a 5 star so they all pretty much rest at a 3 for me :)

This is a nice donut shop with a large selection.
I needed 4 dozen donuts for a company party and was able to preorder the night before. I got a discount for the large order and they were ready for me at 6:00 the next morning — real fresh! AND They were pretty tasty too.
I also like that this location was conveniently located next to the on ramp near the 118.
Nice for when you want to run in grab a donut and coffee and get off to work first thing.
I did notice that it has indoor and outdoor seating. The service was great and the folks were real friendly.
I will use them again!
BTW — Cash Only! (The only bummer)

Since Spudnuts went out of business (sniff, tear) I’ve been trying the other doughnut places out in an attempt to find a replacement. I’ve been here twice and both times they were out of my favorite doughnut, chocolate raised. Quite the bummer especially since both time I came here it was in the morning when the selection is suppose to be at its best.
I had the glazed doughnut and the chocolate bar as replacements and they were alright. Nothing out of the ordinary. But you must understand that I judge doughnut shops for their chocolate raised and since I’ve been unable to get one from here, Donut time just doesn’t do it for me so «Meh. I’ve experienced better»

Initially was over here for DMV and grocery shopping at Jons…
…but my sick addiction for donuts lured me here. well, it was right next to the store too so don’t be playa h8in’.
Nice and clean but didn’t see a huge variety.
Purchased an old fashioned glaze and glazed twist.
Both were great. Pricing was good too.
I saw an obese glazed ring one in there.
I should’ve bought that instead. but I didn’t feel like being a lardass that day
unfortunately. Haha.
So now whenever I’m in this area, It’s Donut Timeeeee.

I absolutely love this donut shop! Freshly baked donuts that tastes amazing! There are seats inside which is nice because they have a T. V on for you to watch, or you can just sit back… relax. and chit chat while enjoying some yummy donuts. I also like their smoothies! The strawberry banana one is good, my uncle likes the piña colada one, and my aunt likes the iced coffee blends, (which are topped off with whipped cream and the one she got had toffee bits sprinkled on top). They sell lottery and scratchers there as well. which is nice. The service is very friendly and fast. It is very clean inside, and there are tables outside for outdoor seating, which is a plus. but the seats are usually filled with people enjoying their donut, cup of coffee/​drink, and the lovely weather. I also tried and enjoyed their ham & cheese croissant. and the bagels with cream cheese… yum.

I drive by this place at least once a day and it’s always got customers inside as well as sitting on the patio tables — a good sign.
I’m especially addicted to their apple fritters. Yummy, gooey, scrumdillicious apple fritters that go great with my morning coffee once I hit the office. I’m sure it’s one of the main causes of my recent weight gain.
I’ll be back on Friday morning. Again.
