Etcetera Medi Spa

I was so excited to try this place as they were having such a great deal. I have a facial scar I got from dirt bike riding on my forehead over my eyebrow. So I do botox over the scar and within a week it’s gone. So I went to Etcetera Medi Spa and got some botox over my scar. Not much is needed and I’m usually in and out in minutes. However this took forever but the big shocker… NOTHING HAPPENED?! I heard of places watering down there botox but I think I got just water… I would not recommend this place. Save your money and try elsewhere.

The lady at the front desk is so RUDE!!! if it wasn’t for the nutrition Monica I would of walked out, I wont be visiting the Simi Valley location anymore. Going to Santa Carlita cause it close to my work, hope they are nicer

I’ve only been there for botox. The lady there who does it (I think a physicians assistant), either waters the botox down… or is terrible at what she does. I’ve been getting botox for 6 years now at various clinics. This is the only place I ever had a problem at. I tried this place three separate times (I kept going back because it kept not working, and I was too dumb to realize I was being conned).
When my patience was gone and I went her wanting an explanation/refund/apology/something…she was incredibly unsympathetic and rude. Was only willing to sell me even more botox at a very slight discount. Obviously after three worthless visits, I had no desire to give her yet another $ 200+
I contacted corporate by email. They never replied. I can’t say enough bad things about my experience. I certainly don’t recommend this place (for botox anyways).
