If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner or older lady who works there is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Rushed me out before they were even closing to «sweep» I didn’t even finish my beer. I was watching a game on the tv and she switched it off. Might wanna step up your customer service or you’ll be going out of business soon.

When I first arrived here at Simi, I tried Numero Uno. The lady who answered was very rude. The pizza wasn’t as great as other Numero Uno locations I tried in the past. This place should be renamed Numero ‘Zero’ for both customer service & quality. Save your time & money. There are many other great pizza places in town.

Went there for takeout yesterday. I tried the Fried Chicken. It was terrible. It was overcooked and very dry. It tasted burnt. We ended up throwing it out. The pizza we had was not done it was thick crust. The biggest problem was that it was gummy and chewy like dough. I do not recommend this place.

This place is horrible! I’m sorry the lady who claims to be the manager is RUDE! She needs to let go! Customer Service is key. Clearly she needs help on that one! Save your time and go somewhere else my advice.

Their pizza is great but good luck trying to get through on the phone! They open at 11am on Sunday’s and I called at 11:30am and no answer. I called 6 times! Horrible business!

I ordered through eat24 and it took about an hour to get here. I had the original crust with pepperoni and it was not good at all. It was extremely greasy and every time you picked up a piece it broke in half because the people didn’t cut it all the way. I would give it 1 star but the sand which we ordered was delicious and huge. For 10 $ that’s a steal. I will not order pizza from here again.

I have to agree with everyone else, this place is horrible. The lady that works there(might be the owner) is very rude. We were the only customers in the place and she rushed us like she was closing. Mind you it was only 1:00PM. I ordered a calzone and the size of it was nice, but the taste of it was not good at all. Not sure what they use for their crust but it is not good.

We really like this place. I know that sometimes the lady at the front can come across as a little direct but it The pizza is super yummy. I will be back.

This place is a joke and Should be Shut down by the Better Business. This lady who owns it, is by far the rudest and poor excuse for a customer representative I have ever came across! I use to LOVE numero Uno when I was younger. So thought why not give it a try. I called asked about specials and she literally said«oh jesus hurry up» to me, I let it slide cause wanted to see what this place was all about. I got there and waited for her to ring me up. No one came out so waited some more. Finally after 33 min wait my food was ready. I went to pay with my Card and she said«oh no cash only, «I was like excuse me?! She said«only cash for specials«I said you never said that while on phone and I explained all I had was card. She said I have to charge you extra $ 2 if use card?! Wtf!!! I was so mad I raised my voice and said this is bs. I literally grabbed food and walked out. Pizza was bland. Spaghetti was soggy. And salad looked old. NEVERAGAINWILL I PAY $ 35 for food of this quality but better never yet will I ever step foot inside this location again. Rude RipOff

The owner was so so rude, she actually hung up on me because I questioned her about not applying a coupon that they offer. I am in shock that she still has the business after reading the other reviews … I will never order a pizza from her ever… She gets the star only because I had to give her one to post the review!

I agree with other reviews where the owner lady is very rude. I tried to call and asked how much the pizza was and that I had a coupon. She was very upset and rude when trying to get price information and put me on hold for 5 minutes and never came back. Also if you get an extra topping, say half mushroom and half dell pepper it will cost you an extra 2.50! For the same amount of topping as all mushroom… High prices and rude service have lost our business!

We had pizza from here last night. It was amazing. The dough is better than anywhere else, the chunks of tomatos, the seasoning. Incredible I agree it is pricey but worth it. I got three meals out of that pizza.

Ordered número uno pizza through eat24 website. Wanted it for delivery. But it showed that Newbury Park is outside of the delivery area. No big deal, so I switched for pick up. But there is a flaw in the app that does not list the restaurants that are closest by mileage if there is only one eat24 serviced location. I did not know there were select locations that were serviced through eat24 I thought my order would naturally send to the closest location . So my order went to Simi Valley when there is a much closer número uno location in Agoura hills. Called Simi Valley location and got the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Basically was accused of not knowing what I was doing and making them waste a pizza and essentially hung up on by a worker. She was extremely rude. Had to call back for a manager who was able to let me know what happened and figure out how to proceed and get my pizza to the closest location. Love the pizza. But seriously never ordering from the Simi Valley location ever again. Horrible associate customer service.

Only if i get an urgent hankering for Romano puffs will i go to this location to eat. The granada hills location is better than the Simi one in every way. The lady that owns the Simi one makes you feel like you are BOTHERING her by eating your food there. It’s amazing how rude an owner can be to a paying customer. Also i am pretty sure she charges more than other numero unos. Boooo!

This place is the best. I’d order pizza here every week when they had a store in Camarillo. A little far from Camarillo to Somis, but número uno pizza is the best quality pizza I’ve ever had. 2 thumbs up!

Yummy pizza!(Even though it’s never cut all the way through). I used a coupon today, 16 dollars for a pizza is kind of steep these days but why the 2 stars? We asked if we could eat it there and was told we couldn’t. Because the coupon. I think it’s bad business to deny a customer a seat. Maybe that’s why there is no one in there.

This lady has been the owner/managed the Simi Numero Uno for YEARS since at least 1999. She is so rude and has very little care for her business. The scary part about her terrible attitude and lack of care is how does she run the cleanliness and food quality? Stopped here for the first time in years today and she hasn’t changed. Such a shame to get decent service and the good Numero Uno pizza you have to go to their other locations which are much better. After walking in there today, I decided against eating there based off of her nasty attitude and rudeness and fear of food quality. Wish a better owner would take over.

Crust was burnt, click on LINKTOREVIEW for picture. Way overpriced $ 63 for two large pizzas. Go to ChiChi’s.

After the one in Camarillo closed, I thought that was the end of this wonderful franchise. Growing up(in the 818), this was my favorite(though filling) slice of pie. It is a bit pricier than your regular pizza joints, but I really enjoy the food here. My go to things to order: Antipasto — provolone cheese, ham, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese, garbanzo beans, mild pepperoncini peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts. The mixture of the salty meats, with the crisp of the veggies, and vinegar(thanks to the dressing) is a perfect mix. Romano Bread Puffs — sweet dough, sautéed in garlic butter and rolled in Romano cheese. It is oily/greasy, but wow, the flavors are always great. It’s sweet, with a hint of salt/garlic. The Works(pizza) — which comes with pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, black olives, fresh cut mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. The dough/crust is thick and is a little sweeter compared to regular pizza crust. I normally don’t indulge on the crust, but this stuff, I would devour and if need be, dip it in the garlic/oil sauce of the bread puffs(above) Sad to see when I picked up my food on a Friday night, no one was in this establishment. I hope everyone was either getting delivery or ordering to pick up. I don’t want to see these all go out of business.
