Came today to get some new comfy shoes for a parade I will be in next month. Troy immediacy asked me if I needed help. I told him I have bad arthritis on my right foot, and need good support. He recommended Asaics, which is what my foot Dr said to get too. I had purchased their shoes before but they didn’t fit me right. I ended up getting the kuyano gel 21 light show. Super comfy and a hot pink with neon green laces. He also put some gel heel support insoles in, because the full fit ones made my foot slip. I asked if I would find the shoes cheaper online he said no. I came home and checked. So far, I haven’t. Troy was very helpful without being overly pushy. I’m in sales too, so I appreciate great customer service. Can’t wait to wear them :)

Customer Service to this store and company means NOTHING! I have a defect with the Nike Air Max 2010 where the bubble has popped 3 times. Nike standing behind their product & will allow me to go through them directly to send me a new pair — however, I bought them from Finish Line and they REFUSE to assist me with my exchange. I want the same shoe! Being in retail myself for over 9 years(a regional manager for a woman’s shoe line coincidentally) I know that they can easily damage out the shoe w/out it affecting their bottom line. I also know how many customers there are out their that abuse policy. However that is not me! I have shopped in this location since it opened and have spent well over $ 10K in the last 5 years between the Simi, Northridge, Topanga, and Santa Monica locations — not to mention the amount of friends/family I have sent in to purchase this shoe and many others. In May alone we spent $ 520 w/tax on this style alone — me one pair and my husband 2 pair! When I asked Woody(the mgr) for the Regional or District Manger # — «it is confidential» so I called the Corp office 888.777.3949 and Britney answers the phone and when asked for the person or persons to speak to regarding a complaint we are told«just give it to me and I will write it down» So my husband asks — «Can you assure me that someone will call me back?» she responds with«Well I can ask them too» What GREAT service huh? Amazing in this economic time that companies are not bending over BACKWARDS to help assist those LOYAL customers who have supported them for so long. I should listen to my mother when she says«I don’t know why you just don’t shop at Nordstrom! Their service and product support is why they are still going strong when the other box stores are in the red or on their way to bankruptcy» Well I know I am only ONE customer of their many and this review really won’t matter in the big picture but I will NEVER shop at Finish Line again and I will for sure advocate my friends and family not to as well!
