We bought a pre workout supplement here, and halfway into finishing the product, the powder turned into a rock hard useless lumpy substance at the bottom of its own container – and a huge waste of money. We’ve bought many pre workouts at other stores including this exact brand and the product never settled into a giant stale rock. We made some time our busy schedule to take the failed product back to GNC, and from the way GNC portrays its company, we really thought we would receive assistance. We were very very wrong. The sales associate «JD» refused to help us with our problem that arose thanks to HIS employer, and considering he was the only person in the store, we couldn’t seek assistance elsewhere. He was the ONLY person we could ask for help. He did nothing to assist us with our problem and instead attempted to sell us more crappy product that we obviously wouldn’t want!!! Why would I want to buy more pre-​workout when I didn’t even get to use all of the first one I bought from this god forsaken place?!? I cannot make this stuff up. So we desperately called GNC customer service from our car, and thought we might be able to receive some help. Turns out, we were wrong AGAIN as the customer service agent only pretended to care and then «transferred us to corporate» so we could have assistance. In actuality he transferred us to a department that was already closed for the day. This passive-​aggressive act was the last straw. We were completely shocked and appalled at the carelessness executed during our sincere request for help. This product was not cheap and we just wanted the store associate, the customer service agent and GNC to do the right thing. So big waste of money, effort and time. If for some reason in the future we ever feel like throwing $ 60 down the drain we will be sure to come to GNC. Otherwise, we’ll be going to The Vitamin Shop which is literally right across the street.

There is a pretty good selection here and compared to some GNC locations, the prices are reasonable! The cost of Quest bars here are not bad compared to the online cost. They even have Quest protein powders at a good cost! They took out some of the off brand protein bars like Lean bars. The selection is not bad. The staff are really friendly and some of them are friendly, though sometimes, I wonder if they know their stuff. It’s a decent place, but there are better locations.

Decent selection, but way overpriced. I used to deal with it, since I need my supplements now, not later. However, after visiting the vitamin shoppe across the street, I don’t think I’ll be going back. Cheaper, better selection, and the sales people at VS aren’t on commission… less sales pressure.

I went in here about a week ago to get some workout supplements and let me tell you AJ hooked me up with some legit stuff for Protein I got Amplify XL it is much better than Muscle Milk the one i was taking before and also got D4 which is amazing. When you go in make sure to ask for AJ even if he is not there they will still hook you up. I will be back next month when my supplies run out

This place is a scam. Went to go pick up something up. Had coupon. The price of the product was DOUBLED. More then the GNC of Madera. I actually purchased it but had a funny feeling something wasnt right. So I went to my car an called the other GNC. I immediately returned and they had some BS excuse that they had coupon. Seriously even with coupon it was cheaper at the other store.
