Friendly knowledgeable staff they remind me of a basketball team each player working there knows a lot about a certain area of supplements like when I take my mom in there she talks to the ladies about herbs and multivitamins and I usually talk to one of the guys about BCAA’s and protein powders and I like how they take the time to read and explain the benefits of the ingredients on the products they recommend.

Pretty good selection of vitamins, supplements, weight loss products, and similar fare. Some of the staff is knowledgeable, so you may have to ask one or two people for their opinions, but that’s kind of how the supplement/​nutrition industry is – different philosophies from weight loss to regular health.
Overall a good experience, although pricey, but no more so than GNC; that’s just how the industry is.
For frequent customers, they have a frequent-​shopper program; ask for details to see if it would work for you.

I normally only review food but the service here was Unilocal worthy. I went in this morning looking for something to help with my anemia. I knew I needed iron but wasn’t sure which one or type to get. I started to feel a bit overwhelmed. Luckily one of the employees, (Sam I believe) noticed I was having a hard time. He took the time to explain the best ones. He was so knowledgable of each one and made the process a lot easier! I was so surprised at how well he knew about my anemia and what I was going threw. I pointed out how I have trouble gaining weight and another employee (Ramiro?) Explained all the top weight gainers. I ended up buying more than I probably needed but with the low prices I didn’t mind stocking up.

I get my supplements once a month and spend a good amount of money here. I forgot my 20% off coupon (the 1 everyone gets every month) so the guy working there turn his back said he couldn’t help me and that was it. Very disappointing. Do they not know how high their prices are? Well thanks to that douche I do because I ordered everything online in their store from Amazon for about half the price. I will never go there again. Idiots!!!

Been here two times and both times I have received horrible service. I have asked for help from an associate named Melissa who has been extremely rude. She does not want to be bothered with any questions. First time I was there i got there at 8:50 during opening week (you would think they would be friendlier). I was looking for something and right at 9 she said if I didn’t come pay now I couldn’t purchase anything because they were closed. I am not the type of person to hang around stores after they are closed because I know we all want to go home. However when you work in customer service you need to learn to speak to people. I will never come back to this place. I rather pay a little more and go to a competitor who appreciates my business.

The selection here is pretty nice and the prices aren’t too bad. The staff are friendly and have some good knowledge and they don’t harass you to buy stuff like at GNC! I also like that it’s not super crowded with narrow aisles. I definitely like this place, but they definitely take their time to get the new Quest products! But their selection is so much bigger than GNC’s so it’s great to go here and have choices and find things I have been seeking!

It should be noted that the guy who complained about the price of bars here actually works at GNC. Conflict of interest, anyone?
