They are GREAT!!! Just had a new whole house system installed, and couldn’t be more pleased. Kenny and his crew were wonderful. He arrived on time designed a system to our needs that was very efficient and affordable.
The equipment and install crew arrived on schedule, covered the work area with tarps and were very careful not to mar any wood, tile or doors. The installation was tricky because of the layout, but they solved all the issues quickly and effectively. After they were done Chris and Damon cleaned up everything and there were no traces that they had been here.
Daniel tuned the system to run as quietly as possible with no loss of efficiency. The equipment, installation and setup were done to our satisfaction.
We are vey pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Kenny was extremely helpful and accommodating to all my a/​c needs. He was great at explaining exactly what it was I needed when I am the first to admit I know zero, zip, zilch about air conditioners or their repairs. I called a few other places around town and nobody compares to these guys! Not only are the prices reasonable they work late to accommodate their customers. It’s not only in their name these guys really do work with integrity. Mike the other guy who was working on my unit is also awesome! Being a single woman and having two guys come out to your house can sometimes be a little intimidating but I never once felt uncomfortable with them there. I recommend them to anyone needing repair on an air conditioner. You won’t be disappointed!

Kenny Dallas of Integrity Comfort Systems is the best ac system diagnostician I have ever met! He quickly figured out the problem and cheaply fixed it. I won’t call anyone else for my future heating or air conditioning needs.
