I have worked with so many trainers and by far Justin has been the best. His attention to detail and making sure the movement is correct is very important. I recommend anyone who is looking to stay healthy and working out in a proper and efficient fashion without putting your body in jeopardy of getting hurt.

Extremely thorough!
Not your average everyday trainer!
I’ve been in the industry for a number of years, and throughout that time I’ve trained with a handful of trainers. So I know a good trainer when I see one. Justin is exactly that! Not only has he helped me achieve more then I thought possible but we did it in a fun, safe, efficient manner.
I highly recommend Justin for anyone and everyone. Do yourself a favor and contact him before he’s completely booked up. You will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin with JR. Fitness. Justin by far exceeded my expectations when it comes to a personal trainer. He is so patient and really takes the time to make sure you are doing the workouts and stretches correct. I love the fact that I never have to worry about getting injured. Even after our sessions he calls to check up on me and asks how I’m feeling! Who does that?! I feel like I not only get taken care of at the gym but also off the clock as well. He definitely deserves every penny for being the most outstanding and professional personal trainer. Do yourself a favor and try him out! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you JR Fitness!
