The online store is better. No one to deal with Simi store is now closed and three out of service phone numbers later I got a good phone number. I asked on the phone as the web site still shows a simi valley store where they were. Total attitude.
Forget it.

Went in here Saturday to return some bras that I bought.
First the sales associate had friends in the store with whom she was talking to. She was the only sales associate in the store. I walked to the counter and she said goodbye to her friends and came up to the counter.
She asked me what I needed. I said I needed to return some bras. After finishing the transaction I looked at my receipt and she shorted me $.60. Not a big deal but what got me was when I asked her about the difference she told me she didn’t know. So I thought about it and realized I had bought the bras at the Northridge store so the tax was different. I asked her «Is is because of the tax?» This is where her attitude got crappy. She said «Yeah, probably. I can redo the transaction but it’s going to take me a while.» At this point I said «Don’t worry about it and walked out of the store. I expect this attitude with teenagers but she was a 40+ year old woman. Unacceptable in my book. Won’t ever be going back to that store.
The bras I bought were the standard cotton underwires which they have completely changed and made cheap. VERY DISSAPPOINTING.
