We had our birthday party here for our teen! I am glad she had fun! The party host«Sophie» was attentive she ask us if we wanted something to drink. She was trying hard to involve the«teenagers» kudos to her at the end she was successful of engaging them in a game !!! Thank you for the birthday banner she totally was happy!!! Will be back! * FYI after the party some of our guest made a comment about the pizza. Accdg to them it taste like cardboard. Personally I did not eat the pizza so I cannot tell you how it taste like. So just want you to know.

This place takes you back to your younger years. I was hanging out with a 9 year old for the eve, so we went here for an hour or so. First off, the staff is so helpful, pleasant and friendly. They were prompt to answer our questions and address any concerns, and even gave us a free lazer tag game when they realized no one gave us the instructions for the first round. The lazer tag itself is a blast, but I think it’s ridonkulous that you can’t run(I totally violated this rule and it cost me mega points). I have not played this game since age 16, it’s hilarious and a great time. 18 bucks for the two of us to play one game. I am bummed about the no running rule, but this may be the way most lazer places are.(liability?) The selection of arcade games are way fab. I recommend the stupid clown game towards the right back. At first you will be mega mad at how frustrating it is, and then you will have so much satisfaction at hitting the clowns down. We played: skeeball, a bunch of different arcade, the lazer room which requires a different token, and various other games. Lots of fun families, young groups, etc. Friendly, happy, fun place.

My favorite laser tag place around! Huge and top notch in terms of equipment and facility. A bit pricey, but come when they are having a deal! There’s an arcade too and this kept my little guy entertained while my oldest did the laser tag!

This is a GREAT facility for a party! My 11 year old celebrated here with his friends and they had a total blast! Our party captain Haley was so fun and organized a fun packed schedule for the kids to do besides the two lazer tag games the kids participated in. There is a fun arcade, too! There was never a dull moment. The food they provided was reasonable and you can add lots of extras if you want. We ordered goodie bags for the kids so I didn’t have to do much and everyone got coupons. The parents who picked up their kids wanted them so bad as they were planning on coming back! Two thumbs up!!! We earned a family of four game so we are planning on coming back!

Lazertag Extreme is incredibly fun! They hosted the Ventura Corporate Games this year and the staff was very professional. Before the event, we went in for practice and the staff took time to show us around the arena. Our team had a blast even though we didn’t win the first round. I highly recommend bringing your family if you are looking for a place to have a night of fun.

Had a lot of fun playing here! The lazertag room is a good size spanning 2 ½ levels. It is technically 3, but the 2nd level is really just a halfway platform between the top where you are stuck in a kill zone from people above and below you. The point system and membership options are fun if you plan to come back and play periodically. The arcade is pretty small and I didn’t try any of the food so I can’t comment there.

Had a great time here. I went on a Saturday night with some friends to celebrate a birthday, and we all enjoyed ourselves. The games were well organized, the staff was super friendly(especially Kirsty) and they even played in some rounds which made them feel like friends more than refs. The games were also really fun. We won around 2000 tickets in 30 minutes which is pretty good haha. Check this place out for some awesome lazertagging

I came here with a client I work with and they were very accommodating to us as we see the only two people there. They even played two rounds with us. I’m giving 5 stars because they have established a great rapport with my client and show great customer service.

Very fun place. My only complaint is the members and non members set up they have. As just a customer you cannot change your name from the presets they give you and they do not give you a stat printout at the end. Comparing your stats is done with an arbitrary billboard that goes off of the name of the best you were wearing. With that aside the actual complex is good but the matches for non members are too short. They also only give the choice of a free for all or teams game modes for non members

We’ve had a couple of parties here using discounted certificates found on Groupon or LivingSocial… it’s OK as the kids seem to enjoy it but I think it a bit pricey for what it is. The arcade is modest but sufficient — and their smaller combat maze is a bit off beat — but again the ids seem to enjoy it. Buying pizza here is OK but I prefer pizza from other establishments. If you bring in food or pizza it must be bought from them. So we brought our own pizza and cake — and served it about a half block walk towards Starbucks. We bought a couple of coffees to technically use their outdoor tables for pizza and cake. We were ildly inventive to save a few dollars for a better cake and pizza. Sigh. Otherise do I recommend it — well — it’s A-OK and that’s about it… more so with a discounted coupon.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star let alone my attention! Just drove from Santa Barbara to walk into a «closed for private event» I had done my research to treat my girls and got denied service at the front door. NOWHERE in the website did they mention about this«private party» such a waste and disappointment to my girls totally bummed I asked to speak to the manager and Jason was absolutely no HELP so I then asked for owner the owner. I guess she couldn’t show her face because her pre Madonna party was too busy hosting her«private event» I suggest they hire a new manger and NEWMARKETING team so they aren’t «misleading» any NEW clients. WHAT A SHAME.
