Pizza Hut

I usually don’t order delivery, but needed to one night. We ordered a Primo Meats pizza and Traditional wings. The driver arrived earlier then expected and brought 2 sauces for the wings stating that most people don’t like the Spicy Bourbon BBQ sauce (the one we ordered) so he also brought us a second flavor Honey BBQ. Such a sweet kid! And he was right, the bourbon sauce smelled and tasted bad. Our Pizza was tasty and the boys loved the wings!
We didn’t get our «free» breadsticks coupon, that they were advertising on your first order, until after the order arrived, so we couldn’t use it.

After waiting over an hour on my pizza to arrive, it finally did. Delivery guy dropped all my garlic sauces and one burst open all over my front door step. I was so hungry I didn’t care. Started shoveling my pizza down and realized it was marinara based instead of bbq based so I gave up. I just won’t eat and go clean up my door step now. 40 dollars down the shitter. Well played Pizza Hut.

Poor customer service! Kids were provided free personal pan certificate from their school for recognition of good grades. Pizza Hut order taker first refused children their pizza and then contacted his manager and would only honor ½ the certificates. Needless to say, this Pizza Hut location disappointed kids and showed no compassion.

What a joke! My kids were given free pizza certificates and when we went to redeem them we were told our kids (a total of 5) could not all use them as this was a marketing strategy for them to make money not for us to come and get a free pizza. Why would you hand out a free pizza if you won’t honor them? Manager was called and he said too bad! We don’t have enough dough to make the pizzas sorry! Are you kidding me… Shame on you Pizza Hut! We will take our business elsewhere from now on!

Greasy pizza, but pretty good once in a while. I like that they have the Wing Street wings as well, but for some reason, it seems that the chicken wings have gotten smaller.

Regina one of the employees at this wonderful Pizza Hut was so helpful and nice. You can tell that Regina really takes her job serious and truly cares about the customer. I have always had great service from this Pizza Hut. And Regina just made it that much better. Thank you Pizza Hut for hiring such great and caring people. There needs to be more people like Regina in this world.

Had a smelly cheese garlic chicken pizza from
ran out of items on garlic bread so asked if they could change the order. wings were skinny and cold inside. dunked directly from the freezer is my guess. will not order again.

After ordering from this location many times the last couple orders have been a disaster. I hate posting negative reviews on Unilocal but I’m sick of horrible service and thought I may advise other people looking for a decent pizza. Tonight our pizza looked like it got thrown against a wall. Half of it was squashed and when we went to grab a slice the pizza fell apart and all that was left was crust. Time before this, the entire pizza was wrong. Maybe it’s time to switch to dominos. Now if only Toppers would deliver to this side of Simi.

The pizza itself is good, but something needs to be done about customer service at this location. The employees are really nice, but almost every time I’ve come here, I’ve had to sit in the waiting area for 15 – 20 additional minutes on top of the 15 minutes I waited to drive over to the store. I would much rather spend those extra minutes finishing the night’s episode of Jeopardy, or doing anything other than sitting alone on a bench inside Pizza Hut.

The new Slider pizzas are a great deal. Nine tasty mini pizzas with your choice of three toppings. We get a batch of the three different little pizzas. A good deal for some variety.

I had a gift card for pizza hut, that had been sitting in my car for months. I decided to use it and get pizza for dinner. I easily placed the order online at 3pm, and set it for a pickup time of 4:20pm. At 4:18 I arrived at the place, and they were just finishing up working on a massive order for what appeared to be a baseball little-​league. (Mom in a baseball outfit was carrying a million small personal sized pizzas out to her minivan.) After helping baseball-​mom out, he asked me my name, and typed on his computer. He informed me my pizza would be out in a minute or two.

As I waited for my Large ½ Supreme (minus the olives) & ½ Meat Lovers Pizza, a group of young kids sat on the bench discussed how they would divvy up their order of chicken wings. «I paid for them, so I’m eating 4 wings, you guys can have two each.» «I don’t want chicken wings.» «Okay fine, you and you can have three each, and you get two.» A minute or two later, dude came out with a pizza, and opened it to show me his work. It looked delicious and great. Kids on the bench groaned «Where’s our chicken wings?» and «But we ordered before he did!» and «Oooooh, that looks soooo good.»

I took the pizza, gave him my gift card, he swiped it and I left. I smiled as I lowered the pizza just enough so it’s wondrous aromatic bouquet would waft past their noses. I carefully set the pizza in my trunk sat down in my car at 4:25. I then drove to hang out with my buddies. The pizza was hot and tasty and delicious as my dinner. It also was tasty and delicious cold as my breakfast the following morning.

Quick, friendly, delicious pizza. No complaints. ⁴⁄₅ because phone ordering can be difficult at times.

Twice I’ve had this happen to me. I order online, and it tells me when I’m getting my pizza. Then the pizza shows up 25mins later then the time it stated. I’m not ordering from here again. If I do I’ll just pick it up because the pizza was good.

If I had a choice of pizza places, I’d choose Pizza Hut. It’s reliable, I know it well and I love it. After all, I grew up with the stuff. In my howntown of Fontana, I’d go with my dad as a little tiny girl after a trip to the Purina Feed Store (which was right next door) and sit so I could watch the gas fireplace burn that crazy blue and orange flame onto the lava rocks smack in the middle of the dining room while I chowed down on pepperoni pizza. Awesome stuff when your 5 years old and living on a ranch. These days, most locations concentrate on making pies and delivering them which is fine by me.
Today, I ordered 8 pizzas all at once for work and they didn’t even flinch. Yes, I want 2 veggie– mushroom & onion and a bell pepper & onion, 2 cheese, 3 pepperoni and one canadian bacon & pineapple. Perfect read back and ready in 20 minutes. They even had someone take that big olé stack of boxes and put them into the back of my car. Thank you!
