I have been coming here for a long time. I used to go other places until I discovered how much more I got for my money at Simi Cleaners & Tailors. Its the Quality, Honesty and fair prices that are going to keep me a long time customer and I suggest everyone in Simi give them a shot and see what you think. Turn around time to pick up your items is very quick (usually 2 or 3 days) and they always have excellent customer service when you are asking for extra work (tailoring etc). I even showed up 15 minutes after closing the day before Halloween and I was spotted at the door by an employee before she drove away. She recognized me and went in and got my items (my costume) for me. Its the little things that matter the most sometimes.

This is a FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED business for like a decade… and the epitome of living the American dream. ;]]
Jessica helped me by tailoring a fantastic pair of Frankie b designer jeans that I got from a thrift store for a dollar! So, I spent $ 11 dollars in total after she helped me ANS ITS THE BEST $ 11 I’ve ever spent! I even had money left over so i could tip!
The girls there are fantastic! They know their textiles inside and out!
Location is very convenient (behind 7 – 11 on Cochran/​Erringer)
Hours are great! Customer service is on point! Clothes are tailored fresh and fitted oh so good.
Do yourself a favor and go here.

I used to like this dry cleaner a lot. However I think it is under new management and the prices have increased by almost 100%. I used to pay $ 11 for a two piece suit and now they charge $ 18 for the same suit. That is crazy. I am not about being gouged. Good luck with you new business model, there are plenty of other places for people in Simi to go.
