Great service at a great value. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they leave my clothes looking brand new! Oh, and they have a great tailor too!

I’ve been a customer of Sinaloa Cleaners for years. It’s a family owned business who’s owners are not only friendly but very professional. I’ve taken clothes there that needed tailoring, I’ve taken clothes that I never thought could get clean. No matter the circumstance, Ani and Gary got the job done and with a smile too! It’s the best cleaners in Simi Valley.

The owner of this place is so rude !
I parked once or twice in his parking spot and today he came out like crazy and extremely aggressive towards me!
Is this a business owner or some freaked out man ?
I don’t recommend this place at all to anyone living in Simi Valley!!!
Stay away from this place if you can!, there are better dry cleaners in simi valley anyone can use!

We recently moved to simi valley, and I was looking for a good dry cleaning service,
Sinaloa cleaners wasn’t too far from our house, I decided to take few shirts and a couple of suits to them. as I walked in and met the person behind the counter, i told him I had just moved to simi and it was my first time at their store so I asked a few questions, this guy was very nonchalant, extremely rude and unprofessional, customer service was non existent, his body language and his over all demeanor was as if he was doing me a favor by me giving them my business. went back the next day to pick up my cloths, again the same cold, unfriendly and unprofessional person at the store. had a few stains and a couple of buttons missing on 2 shirts. so not only was this guy a complete idiot but also they didn’t do a good job cleaning the shirts. will never ever go to this place again, I wil drive a few miles further to find a good dry cleaners.

Sinaloa Cleaners is the best! They use environmentally safe equipment (no chemicals) and my families clothes always look great. I take formal dresses there to and have used their alterations a few times. Annie is a sweetheart and always puts a smile on my face.

Not the cheapest but great quality and very prompt service. Handled all the «custom» work just fine. Ill be coming back.

Finally I found a cleaners that knows how to not ruin my clothes. These people know what they are doing. I have had so many of my good gowns messed up by dry cleaners. Oh and they also do great alterations.
