My wife and I went in and bought a new couch for our home today at sofas 2 furnishings. We had great customer service and experience while we were in there. We spoke with Russ, Clara Jeff and another gentleman. All of them were very friendly and helpful!

They have a great selection. The sales people (Russ) really friendly and helpful. He wasn’t pushy. We didn’t buy a couch that day, when we get the money that’s where we will be buying our couch.

What a wonderful experience, and great store. Family run, and really the best value for challenged budgets. Very beautiful furniture, and a variety of choices not only in the store, and through many possible manufactures.
I had gone in and browsed and was so impressed and then went with my wife and we looked at many items. Then picked out what we wanted and was surprised with an absolute deal. These people really know how to serve the local community, and give you that personal friendly service that many of the big name stores have lost. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and willing to please. I have really missed stores like this… Other stores could learn from this family.
Fast delivery, and and wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thanks so much to Chris, Russell, the delivery guys also… Great teamwork.

After calling multiple mattress stores that couldn’t get off the phone fast enough… I called here and was greeted with kindness. When I arrived I was not disappointed. Jeff answered all my questions and took all the time I needed. It was a great experience. If you are looking for a new mattress or furniture grab a coffee, get in the car and drive over.

I enjoy coming into this store and browsing. They have so much on the floor. I purchased some items from them and they could not have been more helpful! It’s family owned and you really can feel that when you walk in. It’s hard to find good, honest family owned businesses these days!
Come here and tell them what you want. They’ll get it and it’ll probably be at a better price!

Beware of this place. In April I purchased a power lift chair for my wife who just had surgery.
They did not have the chair in stock but did get one quickly and delivered it. However they delivered the wrong color. When I called them they assured me that the proper color had been ordered and they just wanted to make sure that the chair was available for when my wife came home. I thought that this was a grand gesture to make my wife comfortable.
So now my wife has been home for more than two months. I have made a dozen phone calls to only receive the same BS answer that they have it in a container and have not checked the contents and would definitely deliver the right chair this week. BS, they have no intentions of making this right.
Go shop at a big chain store where you will get much better customer service and no BS.

If you’re looking for furniture and you want the best AND you want to shop local you MUST visit Sofas2Furnishings on Stearns. Russel Austin spend so much time helping me pick the perfect furniture for my new condo. He was not only patient he was extremely mindful of my budget & even came in quite a bit below it. He also had the two most awesome gentlemen deliver & setup each piece for a teeny, tiny fee. We are so lucky to have such an amazing store, with amazaing prices and OUTSTANDING customer service in Simi Valley.

We bought a bunk bed and dresser for our son here. We feel like we got a good deal for great furniture. They delivered everything on time. The delivery guys were great the set everthing up and even took our old dresser away for us. Over all we are very happy.
