Starbucks

Thanks ! For my Chesnut praline with no Chesnut toppings. !! it’s stupid how some employee forget the easiest part. Talk about lazy and careless. Will be contacting Starbucks corporate because this happens to often. The drink i ordered, was expected to look just how it did on the menu.

No idea why Unilocal says this location is closed; it’s not. Because yesterday I received the worst service a barista named Peter who worked here. He’s was incredibly rude and had to remake the drinks for not only myself, but the 3 other people in front of me.

Like every starbucks, this place delivers on the uniformity that allows me to go anywhere and get my drink, my way, at the same price I pay at all of their stores. Its a nice neat store and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The upside to this Starbucks location is that they have a drive-​thru. The downside to this Starbucks is that the drive-​thru is always crowded! Being close to my office, I stop here on occasion. It is comparable to any other Starbucks; I get my mocha latte and I’m off!

When you hire employees, make sure you hire «morning people» to work the morning shift. Most of the employees here seemed annoyed to even be there… now that I think about it, that attitude reflected on the customers too because nobody seemed happy or even in a pleasant mood here. We stopped by to get my girl some coffee and me a parfait before driving back home to the Bay. I got my parfait, but no spoon, looked on the counter where the napkins and other stuff were, but it wasn’t there either, asked the dummy behind the counter and he told me to go ask one of the other employees… one of the other employees gave me one, but he definitely wasn’t happy about it. The drink took forever too… and on top of that, my girl had to stop the guy from putting whip on her drink even though she already said so in the order. The mocha wasn’t stirred either, so the chocolate all sinks to the bottom and the drink doesn’t taste the same… good thing we don’t live out here. If you do, skip it and go to the one one block down. I’m not sure if they’re better, but I doubt they’ll be worse.
