This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Josh mike and Melinda always say hi. Sarah she’s got my drink memorized I’m in there so often and makes it super fast I hardly ever have to wait. They are all super nice. Never rush me if I don’t know what drink I want and sometimes even have a suggestion of something i might like. I go out of my way to go to this store because they are so awesome! Best Starbucks in town!

Not only do they serve great drinks and the staff is super friendly but the place serves as a wonderful homeless shelter.

update(from 2 stars): This store should be avoided, especially at night. I hope Starbucks corporate will take notice of these problems(but I don’t hold out hope). – Still get a lot of people smoking out on the patio, and regularly see homeless people plugging in their phones and just hanging out there. Not without compassion, but this is a place of business. — Some time ago, they removed the comfortable chairs, and replaced it with a long, hard bench. — The employees here now aren’t nearly as personable & hospitable(with exceptions) as the old crew. The store manager is herself quite unwelcoming.

I always love Starbucks! But this location has the fastest & friendliest customer service in Simi Valley. I went in on my sister’s wedding day to get«Bride» & «Maid of Honor» written on our drinks. It was a picture she really wanted of us getting ready. It has been a hectic day & I left my wallet at home & had a credit card that ended up not working. The Batista gave us free drinks & I was so relieved. We were on a tight schedule & I did not have time to go home & get another form of payment. I always pay & leave a tip, so thank you so much for your generosity in this special day. I’ll be paying it forward in the future.

Sarah was very rude not only to me but to other customers. She seemed very unfriendly and unapproachable. Her demeanor was bad and she looked liked she hated working as a part of the Starbucks team. Waiting for my coffee and I’m still watching Sarah give people rude looks. Otherwise, Great store.

I enjoy the conveniency of this specific Starbucks location, and the quality of the drinks/food is nothing to complain about I’ve noticed that one barista was responsible for covering 6 – 7 orders by himself. In the meantime, 3 other employees(I’m assuming management) seemed to leisurely clean counters and hang out in the back of house … Not super chill

Just got home after getting my usual drink(Carmel mocha frap) and the girl must’ve hit the hazelnut flavor instead of the Carmel, sadly I didn’t notice till I got home & since I pulled a muscle in my back it’s very hard to go places right, not the first time they’ve messed up my drink at this location. Staff is always friendly though.

Very nice place full of nice people the service was fast and good. But what surprised me most was coffee at a special table with a cool standardizes allowing me to connect the phone to charge and Wifi and if you really liked the area is highly recommended to stop and enjoy a good coffee with excellent service.

Four stars because it is just Starbucks, and not a super standout one either, but at least it is consistent. They do the best they can with their tiny location. It’s a super popular central corner in Simi, and they could probably benefit from a larger location. It is always clean, and the staff is friendly. They ask questions to be sure they get your drink just the way you want it. Lines are frequently long here and the traffic flow inside isn’t really set up well. You pick your drinks up in the corner, and it sort of gets crowded right there at busy times, and then it is a bit hard to get out, especially if all the tables are full.

This Starbucks is the best location in Simi Valley! It is quick even when the line is to the door(around 7,8,9 am) I can found on them to get me in and out in time to not be late for work. It’s got a nice layout with a long community table in the center. The ambiance is vibrant yet still can be a good spot to do work on your laptop.

I don’t normally give an establishment a review after just 1 visit unless they’re exceptionally good or unimaginably horrible. in this case I give this place 5 stars merely due to some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. the cashier was a sweet young girl and so so friendly, made me feel welcomed while i was all alone in a city I’ve never been to before. I ordered the mocha frap and decided to throw in a «marshmallow dream bar» solely because of the customer service. I’m not going to lie, the marshmallow dream bar was more like a marshmallow nightmare bar cause it tasted like crap. a rice crispy treat is 1 of my favorites, and I’ve never tasted one so gross that I had to toss it out after 2 bites. and the mocha frap, well definitely not the best starbucks mocha frap I’ve ever had but you know the way you’re treated in a restaurant or store will always outweigh the quality of the product you purchase. this girl needs a raise asap. as I waited for my frap, she knew people by name, complimented haircuts, just great great attitude. you go girl!!!

Even if there’s a line to the door, the staff here are always calm, cool, friendly, and accurate with the orders and very accommodating. Tonight Jade was helping me and she was super friendly, cool, and personable. She didn’t seem like the forced fake friendliness I’ve encountered at other stores. Genuine people who can work smoothly here. Not to mention a stellar study spot. Large comfy bench against the wall with plenty of outlets and the lobby is never cluttered. Very inviting store with a nice vibe.

I use to go to another location but tried this one and love it. The staff is very friendly. This is my new go to Starbucks. Sometimes the line is super long but they are very quick. Also they are pretty consistant with their drinks which I don’t always find at the other locations. Only downfall is sometimes parking is hard to come by.

The best starbucks in simi, hands down. There is usually almost always a line, but i don’t mind waiting because the drinks are always delicious and the employees are always super sweet!

This Starbucks is in a great location in West/Central Simi Valley. Right on a busy corner. However, the parking out front has much to be desired. During busy times it’s best to park around back near the icecream shop. Bit of a pain, but it’ll save you the headache of dealing with a small, cramped lot near the front door. The interior is a typical sized Starbucks. Unfortunately, this store would be better served with a larger version of the chain. Due to the location it’s usually very packed and busy. Seating is hard to come by on the inside. Luckily there is some outdoor seating but it’s often a bit chilly in the AM so many people won’t want to sip their cup-o-joe in the crisp air while sitting on dew covered chairs. I’ve found the employees here to be a bit less friendly and competent than at other Starbucks in the area. Perhaps they are a bit jaded by how many customers frequent the store. I’m much more impressed by the customer service at the Starbucks in Wood Ranch off Madera Road. This location could use just a touch of customer service training. Nothing major, though. Overall, a nice place to grab a coffee or tea before you hit the freeway or your work!

I love coming here to get my caffeine fix and the morning crew is amazing and patient, even when the line is out the door. My favorite barista is Christy. She is really sweet and she remembers your name and drinks. I’m so glad this location is convenient. This place also has plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Also, there’s free wi-fi.

Everyone is very nice, and the place is very clean. Although they play the music WAY to high! And when you are there trying to get work done it can definatley be annoying.

Typical Starbucks, possibly a bit smaller than average. Then again, coming from Seattle, almost every starbucks around here is probably smaller. Also, not enough parking! This spot is super high-traffic, and they have as many spots as the togos/baskin robbin combo(also, who decided that combination made sense? it doesn’t!), which is strange. They either need to get more spots or make this a drive thru.
